Let’s start with the downsides, only 2 men’s toilets. Such a big campsite need a few more, especially in high season. On the other hand, the positives. The sights, the showers, the restaurant, the owner, the hikes, the town! Heiligenblut is amazing! Definitely coming back!

Lovely campsite, great facilities, cheap, lovely owner!

Nice campsite, gruner see is a 4km walk, which is very doable. Unfortunately with a dog you have to camp outside the camping in a field, 200 meters walk to the toilets/showers. Friendly owner!

Allright place to stay, quiet, ticketmachine works fine with cash. If you do however want to pay with card make sure it works around here. All in all not bad, just €8 for an allright toilet with a sink. Bonus feature: we arrived past 8pm (all shops closed) and wanted some food, after a stroll to the old town we found an Italian restaurant (La Dolce Vita da Filo) with great pizza! 9/10!

amazing campsite, spacious, very clean facilities and super warm showers (not like the ones with a timer). friendly and helpful staff. nice walks nearby along the lake and in the mountains. but, don’t be fooled by the price, we paid €123 for 3 nights. the price shown above is NOT correct.

lovely campsite overall with lots of space, could pick our own spot. facilities were very clean, super warm showers too! great hikes recommended by the lovely people that run it. decided to stay a day longer. definitely coming back!!!!
