Large parking lot used by many campers. No facilities but the beach and boulevard around the corner. Fantastic. Had a quiet night.

Beautiful place, we drove on because unfortunately the restaurant was closed today and they had no more stock.

Beautiful camper place where 40 campers were. Despite the crowds it was very quiet. Payment has to be at the town hall but arrived late and left early so payment was not possible. A shame because the municipality deserves to get money from the camper for this beautiful place.

Nice parking lot, no camper place with a nice view. We didn't feel good to stay here overnight, van with pop-up roof. Regularly people came here to look at the view or to picnic, which is also what the place is meant for.

Nice free CP, without facilities, close to the city.. due to 3 kings a lot was closed. Definitely worth a visit.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Friendly English owner. We had a nice secluded spot. Most of the spots were occupied by long-term winterers who together form a friendly community. Facilities are great with a nice swimming pool. Thanks to Jill and our lovely neighbour Ursula from Austria. We were the lucky ones for a spot here because as a passer-by that is not self-evident.

Beautiful hiking trails. Spacious places, did not use the shower and toilet facilities but from what I saw I did not want to use them. Great camper place to spend the night for €7.50 without electricity.

Only peace. A babbling river, beautiful place. No facilities but it is also not an official camper place. Picnic place with bbq place. Possibility to stand paved and reasonably flat.

Had 4 wonderful days here including Christmas. A wonderful quiet place where you are welcomed hospitably. Everything we needed is there. Highly recommended to visit this place. Silves is a stone's throw away and plenty of walking or cycling opportunities. Many thanks to Sissi and Hans for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful campsite, very clean and hard work. For large campers, parking spots are a challenge but there were enough so it works with good steering skills. Great shop and restaurant with take away, always easy.

Nice place to stay for €10,= if the facilities are working. no water, no electricity. Before entering you have to become a member of camping car park otherwise you can not enter the terrain.

Great place to stay. Quiet place. Everything available and that for € 5,= and a welcome glass of port. Of course, also bought a jug of olive oil from the best man.

Read the rave reviews and therefore chose this place. First of all, great that a municipality facilitates this for free for the camper with everything you need. Still decided not to stay here. felt too much watched in the middle of the village in our van with a pop-up roof and places were sloping. Therefore drove 50 km further and ended up in a place that suits us better

Beautiful neat camper place and everything is there. That a municipality offers this for free to the camper, fantastic. For a drink and a bite to eat there is a cafe/restaurant Fonda Zarralleiro on the village square, which is very worthwhile.

Indeed a beautiful place. Beautiful hiking routes with beautiful views.. No sign indicating that this is an official camper place. Had a visit from local youngsters who have a beautiful chill spot here (was Friday evening)

Great place to stay, nice quiet spot. Next to local football field where 6 men trained in peace. This time of year there is no water or electricity.. There is a place to empty the toilet. The village is small and lies between the vineyards. Little activity.
