ok place for one night. quiet and close to the fjord. benches and tables on the grass right next to it. emptying station 200 m in. walking distance to grocery store

A fantastic place. Great parking between nice trees, many with great views of the fjord. Nice toilet and kitchen facilities. Own kiosk on site selling beer and cider. Short walk to the city center with several good restaurants.

A very charming place with good facilities. Nice and pleasant hosts. If you want to experience a Norwegian mountain farm as they have been run for centuries, this is the place. Old well-maintained buildings and the new buildings are built in the same style. Pitch no. 6 is located on its own and has a beautiful view. Good soil conditions on all pitches. If you want to go for a walk in the area, we recommend a trip to "Benken" which is located 10-15 minutes walk from the pitch.

Great parking on grass. Spacious and can handle many campers. Toilet only 70-80 m from the site. Shop about 150 m away. Quiet even though the road is not far away

Back again after giving the place a bad score last year but it was the closest to where I was going. still not worth the money. have promised myself never to return.

in the high price range but worth it. right by the sea and sauna on the pier. beautiful nature and typical Norwegian coastal town. quiet, very quiet

If you want a place to park when exploring Oslo, this is the one you should go for. The tram and train is 50 meters from the parking and takes you to Oslo centre in 10-15 minutes depending on if you take the tram or train. I would suggest the tram even if that takes a bit longer but you are able to see parts of the city as you travel to the centre. A grocery store is only 5-6 minutes walk from the parking . A river with picnic areas is very close

Simple but free parking. Train and tram to the city takes about 15 minutes and is right next door. Quiet at night and right next to a nice swimming spot in the river. Grocery store 7 minutes walk from the site

A very nice, clean and tidy place - and very well run. Niels and Ingrid personally involve themselves with all guests and make sure they get all the info. A nice outdoor dining room under cover with plenty of space. Inside there is a spacious lounge with pool table, table tennis and seating area. A separate toilet and a larger shower room with toilet - all very clean and inviting. Nice outdoor areas and the trees that surround take away a lot of the wind. Free water. Very good price.

Not worth the money - far too expensive for what you get. This is just a paved parking lot with electricity and access to a toilet and shower, and that for 500 kroner per day. No reception, and the key to the toilet/shower is only given out for a few hours a day. The space is overpriced and it shows, among other things, in that it is not more than 20% full in early August. On the positive side, it is a short distance to the center of Stavern

Excellent camp site. well managed and clean. A fantastic "exotic" garden which reminded me of a Chinese garden. This place is really worth a visit even though it's a bit more pricey than the average camp site

Sun late at in the evening. Sheltered from strong winds. NOK 300 gets you a stay with washing machine and shower. Coffee machine and soda automat. No grass - you park on a parking lot

stayed for two nights and tried several times to pay for my stay without success. it was not only my card the machine wouldn't accept. Spectacular to watch the ferry boats passing the locks
