The photo doesn't match reality at all. The place is poorly maintained, the road surface upon entering is riddled with potholes, and the surrounding area looks desolate. We didn't feel safe and drove on.
Sitecode: 5354
We're used to more thorough maintenance from the organization. It does look a bit neglected. The pitches are reinforced with gravel and are quite large. As an overnight stay, they're fine.
Sitecode: 93291
Nice place to stay overnight with a fantastic view over the valley
Sitecode: 19119
A very friendly welcome. We were assigned two pitches and were free to choose our own. A bread service was available. Perfectly located for exploring Aix-en-Provence by bike and/or public transport. We did both, one day by bike and one day by public transport. The stop is at the campsite entrance.
Sitecode: 78290
It gives a somewhat deserted impression. Lighting at night would enhance the feeling of safety. However, it's conveniently located for reaching Avignon by bike.
Sitecode: 78288
Excellent pitch with all necessary facilities. Perfect for visiting the Pont du Gard and Uzes.
Sitecode: 60552
We're used to better quality from the organization. It gives a somewhat neglected impression; there's no signage for the trash bins. Leaving the grounds by bike is difficult (little space between the hedge and the barrier).
Sitecode: 105098
perfect as an overnight stay
Sitecode: 78045
A great spot on your way south. Quiet and with easy access to shopping.
Sitecode: 44660
Booked based on availability, but after our stay, it earned a spot in our top five. A very well-maintained campsite with excellent facilities. Arrival went smoothly thanks to the checklist posted at reception. We enjoyed the daily fresh bread rolls and enjoyed ordering small dishes. The swimming pool more than met our expectations. Ideally located for cycling along the Vallée de Somme Veloroute.
Sitecode: 45811
Great place where you have the choice between shade and sun. From here you can reach the castle of Chenonceau via a beautiful cycle route. An absolute must to visit. Lighting at the camper site would certainly increase the feeling of safety.
Sitecode: 100912
Great stay, quite large pitches. Friendly welcome and we were allowed to choose our place. Sanitary block in tip top condition. The price in the app is incorrect. We paid 25.80 euros for 1 night with electricity. You do have the luxury of a swimming pool. Was a stroke of luck with the current warm weather.
Sitecode: 91884
Booked 1 night to go on a bike ride (junction node 44 is nearby). The price was 31 euros (camper, 2 people and electricity). Sanitary simple but clean. The surface was grass, fortunately had no rain. Friendly receptionist.
Sitecode: 9139
A decent place to stay. Take into account traffic noise, no satellite reception and a pity that there is only 1 power pole.
Sitecode: 100593
Signing up on site goes smoothly. The vending machine in the kiosk works perfectly and is user-friendly. The pitches are relatively narrow, especially for a relatively new location. The service area, on the other hand, is very spacious and therefore easy to use. Ideally located for bike rides and city visits.
Sitecode: 47136
Other villages and towns can take an example from this. A perfect place with an excellent middle class in the immediate vicinity that invites you to consume.
Sitecode: 14656
Nice place to stay overnight. Information is incorrect, pitch is not free, not even when visiting the restaurant. You pay 3 euros for electricity. Apart from all this, we had a nice dinner and stayed overnight in a well-kept, quiet location and this for the price of 8 euros (only electricity, no water)
Sitecode: 20296
Come every year with the grandchildren to this campsite to fish. Positively surprised about the new approach: the BBQs, the wooden bench by the water, the sinks with nice hot water, the bar and the water terrace, ... see you next year
Sitecode: 100710
Very satisfied with this pitch. Small-scale and therefore quiet.
Sitecode: 84640
spot 6b gives you a fantastic view of the Maas. Junction 25 is close to the campsite and you can cycle beautiful routes. Very helpful and friendly owners
Sitecode: 43011
If you want to have a view of the sea, you have to ask explicitly and you pay the most expensive price, but the sunset is worth it. The plumbing is dated. The city is definitely worth a visit, a visit to St Malo by water bus is also recommended.
Sitecode: 95493
A very accessible place, even if it was equally exciting to cross the Seine with the camper on the ferry. Excellent service, even by phone. Very atmospheric with the illuminated palms
Sitecode: 2191
A well-organized, neat and green campsite. The city is well worth a visit.
Sitecode: 21950
This place is a gem, and indeed, at 2.30 pm we were lucky enough to take the last spot.
Sitecode: 25411
Very nice place to stand. Junction 50 is a 5-minute bike ride away. The price for 1 overnight stay is incorrectly noted in the app. The correct price (35.00 euros) is stated on the website of the campsite and you can make a reservation. Very friendly reception.
Sitecode: 6675
A well-maintained site with fairly large, paved pitches. Payment is only possible in cash and the price for electricity is currently 1 euro per Kwh.
Sitecode: 40420
Spacious, easy to take places. Payment is made at a column at the house with the French flag (at the beginning of the street). Remember the letter on the electricity pole, because you need it to complete your payment. Leaving and discharging your garbage also happens at the front of the street.
Sitecode: 88996
A dream location. Perfectly maintained place with all amenities. Very easy entry and exit in the parking space and space to sit outside in good weather. Supermarket almost opposite the entrance to the Camperplaats. Town within walking distance.
Sitecode: 74209
in rainy weather, the pitches are quite soggy, which means that the camper gets stuck. The lane was also littered with puddles. In consultation with the other motorhome owners who were there at the time, we left the front wheels in the lane. The place itself gives a neglected impression. In urgent need of a revamp. The organization has fantastic places in other locations. So they know how to do better.
Sitecode: 21821
small, quiet campsite where the owner is very helpful and actively promotes the completed renovations (sanitary block, indoor swimming pool, restaurant). Friendly welcome, good food and possibility of bread service.
Sitecode: 53324
friendly welcome, able to make a good compromise on the duration of our stay / price to be paid in function of our planned activity (bicycle).
Sitecode: 98285
very satisfied with this place. Smooth driving in and out, service station is perfectly located. several seaside resorts are easily accessible by bicycle.
Sitecode: 85772
a pity, but alas: again we were faced with a closed gate and an empty terrain. We have no luck with our provence trip this year. Covid is apparently not doing the small campsites any good. Is on the app as "open today"
Sitecode: 68590
Stood in front of an empty lot with closed gate. According to a municipal worker, this campsite has been closed for a long time and indeed, if you go to their website you will get the confirmation there.
Sitecode: 88481
An absolute top location: quiet, well-maintained spacious place where you can easily drive in and out. Electricity is available at every place. Junction 29 can be reached by turning left at the end of the street. Turn right towards junction 44.
Sitecode: 95579
Nicely maintained, quiet campsite. The stated price is incorrect. Prices are listed on their website. I wouldn't dare call the campsite really cheap, but it is located within cycling distance of Eupen and bicycle junction 39 is nearby, so you can plan beautiful trips. The owners are also very helpful and omnipresent.
Sitecode: 72035
a camper place where many municipalities / cities can take an example. An extension with power poles would be great. Ideal starting place for cycling tours.
Sitecode: 84698
neat, small campsite with plenty of space around the camper. Electricity connection and water tap at every place. Ideally located for cycling and walking. St. Vith very easily accessible. Very friendly and helpful manager.
Sitecode: 14166
perfect location for visiting Terschelling and Vlieland. Decent accommodation, well maintained. The places at the front of fields 2 and 2a do experience noise nuisance from the waste containers for glass / residual waste.
Sitecode: 58696
For those looking for peace, nature and safety, this is the right place. Beautiful cycling route along the canal du bourgogne.
Sitecode: 75249
Great overnight place. Clear instructions. Satellite reception is not possible in all places. Fortunately there was only 1 camper so we could try different places.
Sitecode: 64283
Great overnight place. A visit to the museum and a tasting are recommended. Very good wine for a correct price.
Sitecode: 83046
Fully agree with the previous assessment. A sign at the entrance to the gate is desirable.
Sitecode: 53807
Quiet, green area with spacious places. Ideal to visit Verdun by bike.
Sitecode: 5669
Great place for the purchase of champagne. Very jovial reception - pleasant tasting. Tasty champagne and therefore a decent alternative for us to the pitch in Beaunay (only you don't have a view of the vineyards here)
Sitecode: 1179
Quiet place with fantastic views of the vineyards. A pity that champagne is no longer produced / sold.
Sitecode: 21552
Beautiful Camperplace in a green, peaceful environment. Village can be easily reached on foot via a walking path next to the site. Power closures are only available at the front seats.
Sitecode: 69015
Ideally located to visit the city. Smooth entry and exit, pay with Visa or MasterCard. Nice view over the valley and the lac de Liez. Too bad that the places with the beautiful view have no power cut-off.
Sitecode: 67199
Great location with spacious places. Power to be paid with coins of 50 cents.
Sitecode: 44869
Spacious places on the courtyard of a farm. Quiet location, helpful and friendly owner. Were invited to taste its local products: apple juice, apple cider and calvados.
Sitecode: 44868
Places difficult to take, quite narrow. Site is not maintained (pits, stones) despite paying parking. Unfortunately. Ideal location to visit the resort.
Sitecode: 24660
Great place to use. Easy in and out. Everything you need is available and free, what more do you want?
Sitecode: 41787
Spacious, easy to drive places. Power poles well placed and working on euro coins (2 euros / 6 hours). Can certainly serve as an example for other villages and towns.
Sitecode: 77394
A beauty of a Camperplace. A lot can still be made this way. Easy to take places, space to sit outside, quiet and yet well located for cycling, for shopping. Sanitary modern, clean. Clear info on arrival.
Sitecode: 78465
Camper pitches are at the least beautiful part of the campsite. The places are spacious and easy to take. For us, it was only an overnight place on the way to a cycling holiday in Drenthe. The sanitary building did not look clean; so not used. That is why we think the price is rather expensive.
Sitecode: 30098
Pleasant place where other cities can take an example. Within walking distance of the center. The nodes 80 and 81 are indicated on the market. The Sint-dimpna route is recommended. The price of 5 euros for a day ticket, including overnight stay, is in accordance with the provisions. The column for electricity works with euro coins and works per kWH. In short, a place to use.
Sitecode: 59874
This campsite is suitable for 1 night in good weather. You do indeed hear train traffic during the day. During the night it is quiet. Town can be reached within walking distance. Got a number of places that we could choose from.
Sitecode: 14969
Very conveniently located place to visit the town. Friendly owners where wine tasting was an international event: Swiss, Germans, French and Belgians. Stay overnight, electricity and water free.
Sitecode: 29209
Ideally located campsite to visit the town. Spacious places but not everywhere satellite reception. We were lucky that we were 1st at the reception at 2.30 pm because there were only 2 available places. Had not reserved and had lost sight of the extended weekend of Pentecost. All available facilities are in perfect condition.
Sitecode: 15811
Cozy campsite with a very friendly welcome. Decent information regarding the use of public transport to get to Limoges. Spacious places.
Sitecode: 26517
Beautifully situated on the river. Narrow places. Too bad that the power only works with a chip. Euro coins and / or payment cards would be more convenient. The column is also not strategically positioned. On the other hand, you stand for free, so it's a nice bonus.
Sitecode: 69248
Large, spacious places in a quiet place. Ideal to visit the cave. At night it is dark terrain, lighting is lacking.
Sitecode: 12612
A peaceful campsite, ideally located for visiting the city of Bordeaux by public transport. Manageress explains in detail which bus / tram you should use. You get a city map and the timetable can be consulted at the reception.
Sitecode: 70624
A peaceful campsite, ideally located for exploring the entire island by bike. Very friendly welcome and thorough explanation about the cycle map and the use of cycle routes.
Sitecode: 3459
On the way to Ile de Re stood 1 night. Very spacious places and quiet. Too bad that there is only power to take on the sani column in front.
Sitecode: 1679
Very quiet location but very beautiful. If you do not really need a shower / toilet, it is highly recommended. We have been here for 1 night in transit to Ile de Re.
Sitecode: 1179
Our annual overnight stay for the purchase of champagne for the holidays. Except for a shower / toilet, everything you need is available. Quiet place with a beautiful view of the fields.
Sitecode: 29476
Not cheap but beautiful location. Spacious, easy to take places. Easy connection for electricity and water. Had e-mail reserved so very smooth check-in (all our details were already on the daily list).
Sitecode: 46576
Quiet location in the vicinity of the lake. 2 nice bike rides made; the tour du lac and along the canal towards St Didier. Smooth payment method. Twice a day a superette-car comes along for daily shopping. In addition to a shower / toilet, everything you need is available.
Sitecode: 26706
Quiet place with a beautiful view of pure nature. Connection for electricity is very easy, it is a pity that the lamp on the post did not work, so it was very dark at night. Solved by burning our outdoor lighting. 3 beautiful bike rides made from junction 47 - was about 1 km from the farm (direction center Riel)
Sitecode: 52275
Quiet location and great starting place for the cycle route "cyruse". For us, especially electricity is important (e-bike), sanitary we use rarely.
Sitecode: 1268
Nice place on the water but unfortunately a harbor master with two faces. Arrived on 14/07 at 22h and cfr. called the harbor master information board. Passed on the answering machine that we take stand number 2. On 15/07 in the morning called again with the request for connection electricity and payment (8 euro + 2 euro power) for 24h. Around 11 am in order and confirmation (orally) that we would stay until the evening (at last 22h). Everything is fine. Unfortunately, around 6:30 pm harbor master visit with the urgent request to leave the pitch by 7 pm at the latest. When asked why there was no clear answer, there was no arguing anymore, was very rude - closed electricity and then went to make fun of the boat occupants in the marina.
Sitecode: 9990
A spot on the water is always nice, but the factory on the other side is annoying because of the noise. The pitches are very narrow and the canal next to the roadway makes it difficult to get in and out. Suggestion for the municipality: close the canal to maneuver more easily and perhaps provide power poles with euro coins.
Sitecode: 54872
Warm welcome. Quiet campsite, well maintained. Prima to make nice bike tours - we had a spontaneous bike ticket with nodes. Tasty sandwiches in the bread service. The Internet was rather weak and fell away regularly.
Sitecode: 1343
Quiet area. Too bad that the sani column was out of use (07/06/2017).
Sitecode: 49678
Beautifully landscaped campsite in a beautiful natural environment. Ideal for cycling tour (s).
