Great aire. Quiet, flat and separated pitched. Deers in the nearby trees and lots of walking paths - we enjoyed the 3km walk to town then on to the dam. Only downsides are tokens for service point are only available from shops in town, around 1km away on a hilly path and you will need tokens to empty loo. Water from service point tasted chemically too.

The aire is still free, but there is a brand new (card payment only) service point a short distance from the parking area. Long bays, on a slight slope. High dune complex between aire and the sea, which keep the wind down. About 90 minutes on toll-free roads from Calais. On entrance road to campsite, so get some traffic but nothing much. Not much but beach, bring supplies! I love it here. :-)

Large area short next to the Rhone. Saw a child fish out two 50cm trout from the river! Lovely view of the town, short walk to the centre. Trains behind but not noisy enough to create a problem. No services, lovely atop over, thanks to the Marie!

Excellent location if you like the sea. Open access along one edge of the site to sandy beaches. Bar set in civil war era bunker a couple of minutes walk away. Facilities a tiny bit old but kept clean. Showers generally luke warm but 30 degrees + in June so not an issue. Very nice croissant and baguette available to order for the next day. Bob on.

Central location a couple of blocks from the sea. Parked during the day but opted to move in the evening. Noisy, drunks other side of underpass which was being used as a toilet. Lots of vans and we felt it would have been safe, but otherwise felt more than a bit grim.

Tried to park here in Jan 2017. Small car park, completely full of cars in the afternoon so we couldn't stay. Looked good for an emergency stop only. If you plan to come here, suggest you have a Plan B too.

Price in Campings du Maroc 2016/2017 was 40Dh a night but owner insisted we pay 80Dh (2 people, one camper, including electricity). I checked he knew we only stayed one night, and I told him the price in the 2016/17 Campings du Maroc book, which he said was out of date. We had a minor problem with kids begging from us in the palms - one tried to get into the van after we'd returned.
