We also slept here for two nights. Well, we think it was once (1960) a fantastic campsite for the expectations of the time. It is heavily dated and many things don't work or only work partially; some of the showers worked well, while others are used as storage. But the atmosphere is fantastic; there are some permanent residents here and it reminded me a bit of Ibiza—everything is so relaxed and friendly, you find your own spot, and it is close to everything.

You have to drive a little further past the given location, and then turn right under the bridge; you will see about 12 spots. They are very tight, but just about manageable. Aveiro is worth it!
