Very close to the beautiful city, a nice place where you are also allowed to put a chair outside. With lots of info and also some products like jam for sale; there are also some German reading books. The fact that there are no facilities is fine; we have everything on board. There should be more places like this.

Nice spots marked off with wire, but you have to remove it upon arrival and close it again afterwards, otherwise Liège cars will park there.
