We stayed there for 3 nights in early August. Gets crowded in the evening. Despite arriving late (6 pm), we were lucky enough to get a standard pitch facing the river (Assigned by staff, you cannot choose) . Campground right on the fjord, you can swim or play in the water. Hiking opportunities nearby, with the Storfossen only a few hundred meters away.

Stayed there on Jul 25-27. Small nice campground right beside the river. Possible to swim but the water is still qiute freezing despite the weather reaching 30 degrees that day. We were their first visitor from Taiwan. The owner is very friendly and takes great care of the campground. Everything is neat and tidy. Wifi is ok. This is one of our favorite campgrounds during our Scandinavia trip.

Stayed there on July 28. No view but is great base to park your motorhome and visit Trondheim. Short and desirable walk to downtown via a pedestrian/bike shared path. The fee is 54kr for the first hour, 27 kr/hour from the second hour, 260 kr for 24 hours, so better pay for enough time in a single transaction.

Huge parking lot at shopping center. Virtually unlimited number of spaces. Ikea, Coop, Toys R Us, and a shopping mall. Stayed there for one night with more than 10 campers. Nice free place if you want to buy groceries at night (open until 10 pm) or have a meal at Ikea.

We stayed there on Jul 9-11. Small peaceful campground situated on a river delta. Facilities are clean and well maintained. There's a small sandy beach and it is possible to swim. The owner is very nice and assisted us with the washer and dryer since we couldn't read Swedish.

There is a viewpoint from which you can see the beautiful bridge and fjord. At night the bridge emits blue light so be sure to check it out before sleep. The asphalt pedestrian/bike path under the viewpoint passes through a short section of tunnel then onto the bridge. During daytime the WC is sometimes flooded with tourists from tour buses. We stayed there on Aug 10

Friendly owner. Arriving outside opening hours, we phoned the owner and was guided to the area for motorhomes, which is a lawn sorrunded by trees. The campsite is not special but good enough for transit. The only problem was that there were way too many bees in the black water dump room, thus we gave up emptying our chemical toilet.

Stayed on Aug 4. Great facilities. Large shower room. Kitchen well equipped and has a nice view of the fjord. The view was great even at night when you can watch the night view of a town across the fjord. Multi-level campground so the fjord is visible from most pitches. Wifi reception good.
