Great place, we stayed there for one night on September 7, 2025, along with many others. Close to the beach and sea, quiet, beautiful views on all sides. It wasn't expensive either, being self-sufficient, and yes, the road is a bit bumpy. A bit like many Flemish roads🙃

We were parked there last week, along with many others. We went for a bike ride from there, and when we returned, we saw the curtain fly from a distance; the small side window was open! So, a break-in: backpack, extra handbag (empty, we were there for a wedding), newly bought shoes in Pals, and, of course, the dashcam gone. I was mostly angry; they should keep their hands off other people's things. A report had to be filed with the La Bisbal d'Empordà police...

Nice campsite, but not our thing, much too big. In contrast to our other campsites, very expensive. Sanitary facilities absolutely fine and a nice restaurant with very tasty food and drinks. We cycled from here to La Conia to make a boat trip to the Maddalena islands via Consorzio del Golfo.

We were here at the end of May for 2 nights, it was quiet, the place was not wow but it was okay. All facilities available, sanitary facilities very neat, service area for campers could be better organized. Within walking and/or cycling distance of a beautiful beach and beautiful sea and of nice restaurants and beach bars. About 64 euros, 2 nights, camper, 2 persons with electricity.

Were here 4 weeks ago, end of May 2025, in the wk. Great place if you have an early crossing to Olbia, Sardinia from Livorno. Arrive early to get a seat. There is nothing but you can visit Livorno, which was worth it for us. Nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. And free too!

Were here end of May 2025. Nice place, self-sufficiency is better here. But very well located to visit Pisa; or also before or after you take the boat in Livorno. Close to the harbor and restaurants, ice cream taverns and cafes. Safe feeling, sometimes difficult to pay, to get the barrier open... Price / quality more than fine, in our opinion.

Another beautiful spot with friendly managers. Large pitches, small pool, the facilities looked fine, but we did not use them. Small bar with bread service; you can easily get to Alghero by bike. About 1 km by road but then a cycle path, along the coast to the city. Sometimes a plane flies low over, CP is close to a small airport.

We stayed here 2 nights 3 weeks ago, beautiful place, very friendly manager, fantastic view. Very well located to visit the Gorrupu gorge. Short walk to the sanitary facilities. There should be more places like this😍

Good free CP for when you are passing through. Located not far from Stuttgart and not far from the A8. On the edge of a parking for cars. We have stood here quietly, ability to service. (we have not used anything). Near a playground; a few steps from the center; with shops, restaurants, terraces. On the corner of the square at the traffic lights there is a very tasty bakery, worth a try.

Have been here 2 nights in early August 2018, the CP is in the garden of Albergo Pontives. By bike you can not go to Ortisei but there is a bus stop at the CP from where you can go to the different villages in the neighborhood; 3 km from the center of Ortisei. From there you can take the lift to the Alpe di Siusi, where you can make beautiful walks. Above that you can also cycle perfectly. The CP is not a top spot but the owners are friendly; you can eat in the albergo. The CP is too busy to relax during the day, the place is next to a busy road and on a helicopter base. You can refuel water and take electricity, clean the chemical toilet. There are also showers and toilets available, but we have not checked. There are not many alternatives in the area.

On this beautiful CP stood at the end of July 2018, is busy, you pay 20 euros per night (payable with coins). You have a beautiful view of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo; you can visit these summits perfectly from here; there is a bus that you drop off at the top of the Auronzo hut and pick it up for 16 euros. You have to go over a toll road, with the camper you pay 45 euros, but for this you can stay upstairs to stay overnight, you have to go up a steep, rather narrow road with several hairpin bends. You can make mighty walks here; something for everyone, easy and less easy. You are close to the Lago di Misurina, where you can walk around; where there are terraces and shops. Is no mix parking anymore; there are only campers on this spot.

Have been on this free CP on 29/7/2018, there are no facilities; but we do not need that either. There was almost no one; we stood up on the terraces through the gravel path (not so easy to get there). From here you can take the elevator and make beautiful walks. You stand here in the middle of a beautiful nature, very quiet. In the morning there was a tube under our breakfast table ... You wonder why people are driving past, top spot. No shops or such in the neighborhood, but a cozy restaurant.

Here stood on 26/7/2018, beautiful place, at 1500 m, 200 m from the bus stop, 200 m from the telecabine Tognola, with powerful views of the majestic mountains around. From here you can make all kinds of walks, also the center is within walking distance. For lovers there is a navette from the CP to the center. You pay at the ticket machine, 15 euro per night and 1 euro for 80 minutes power. There is the possibility to service, in the open air and under the roof. Top spot!

Have been here at the end of July 2018, CP was not maintained and it was very noisy. It was very hot and the Italians came here to 'camp', with children's pools and all. Children were playing with the water, tapers were constantly on. You have to pay to throw your garbage away. CP is perfect to visit the village, nice walking / cycling path along the water. Well nice view of the castle that lies on the mountain. No problems with the road.

Have been here in July 2018, we found this a fine place; a bit on the expensive side. We were at the very end of the CP, very quiet, with a beautiful view of the surrounding high mountains that change with the light ... Along all sides you see the elevators hovering up and down. From here you can make beautiful walks to the Monte Paganella; This is also the place to be for mountain bikers. You must register in the restaurant before finding a place. There are places with electricity, you can take water, clean the toilet and discharge dirty water. You are close to the village, so terraces, eateries and shops enough.

Like this CP, there should be more. It is a shame we are only three of us here. This well maintained CP, is quiet in nature, with a magnificent view of the mountains around; at walking distance from the small village where there is a small shop. Everything is there, electricity, water, a toilet, a service place with all the trimmings and all for 12 euros. The places are big enough and there are several picnic tables scattered around the place. From the CP you can walk, there is also a playground for the little ones.

We were here in mid-July 2018, after a visit to Neuschwanstein Castle in Füssen. Beautiful, wonderfully quiet place, we paid for 1 night, 2 people, 1 camper 12 euros. We ate super nice in the cozy gasthof Sunnawirt. The large terrace was full; nice children's playground; deer in the meadow; high mountains around. Mind you, forbidden for dogs. Recommended!

We were here mid July 2018. Fine, quiet, small scale CP as a stopover or for short stay. Near the bike path along the Moselle, walks in the neighborhood. Eating and drinking facilities also nearby. Possibility to refuel water, electricity available. Beautiful view of the Mosel in the depth.

Not that reuzeplaatsen yet very well. You can also do everything: water sports, swimming, cycling and not to mention very good food in the pizzeria near at a super price!

Top place with super views, such places there would be more. All facilities were present. Also you can eat great for a very good price at the very friendly people. Ideal camper location to relax.

Top place with a very nice view on a charming village. POS terminal not worked out but this was the place though free and we had free electricity and water. Small plots for 2 next to each other but no one stood with us.

Well signposted and luckily no busy road where you turned on. A plus point is that you are within walking distance of the town.
