We were received incredibly well by harbor master Wim. He explained how to get to Gennep using a map we were given and a local brochure. Wim also explained where the sanitary facilities were located; they were very neat and well-maintained, including a spacious cabin for people with reduced mobility. You can also empty your toilet at the designated spot; greywater disposal is not possible at the moment. There were a number of bicycles available for use, and on Saturday evenings the harbor master fires up the BBQ.
