Ideal location for exploring the city. Friendly welcome. Everything is well-maintained. Bus stop a 2-minute walk away, and you can reach the city center in 15 minutes. Shops are around the corner. Showers are clean but need replacing. The sink doesn't have hot water. Lots of street noise due to the main road.

What a fantastic CP! We received a very friendly welcome, were assigned a pitch, and it was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. There were clean showers, and a pizza delivery service was available. All amenities were available. No restaurants or shops nearby. It's a 15-minute walk to the bus stop, where bus line 3A takes you to the Modena historic center in 20 minutes. It runs every 25 minutes.

It is one of the most beautiful city camper places we have come across. Quietly situated, everything neatly maintained and a 25-minute walk to the old city centre where there is a wonderful hustle and bustle. No reservation possible, only follow-up via website.
