The view is indeed fantastic, and it is overwhelming to stand at the foot of these famous peaks for once. But is it worth 120 euros? You walk in a column among busloads of tourists being driven up the mountain from Misurina (even now, deep into the off-season). Nice for a one-time experience, let's say, but 40 km further on you stand at the Passo Giau at 2236m with a 360-degree view of the mountains, for free!

Great camper spot. Better and quieter than at the campsite. Check in at the campsite reception. Most spots at the front are on gravel, but the highest numbers (behind the large building) are on grass and seem a bit quieter. Fantastic sanitary facilities. Good food on the boulevard.

Things have changed a lot here. Six years ago there were easily 12 campers here, now only 7 places that must be reserved and paid for online in advance. The restaurant has made way for luxury apartments for rental. Otherwise still a nice place for 1 or 2 nights.

Beautiful campsite, with a lot of privacy. Exceptionally large pitches sheltered by trees and shrubs. Very nicely laid out, it has really been thought about. We stayed here for two nights during corona so we cannot rate the plumbing. I'm sure it will be excellent. We think it is really a senior campsite. No children welcome. Recommended for those seeking tranquility.
