We stayed here for 3 nights with our two daughters; it is a fine campsite and certainly a fun place in the woods for the children. The pitches are spacious; we had a semi-paved spot which was fine. A good base for exploring the Cairngorms nature reserve. However, a major downside was the pricey food trucks on the premises... only the pizza truck was good; the rest was expensive for bad food.

Great campsite, very quietly situated. It is a large field with only grass pitches. The facilities are good, a bit dated but neat. The lady from the campsite comes by to say hello; she is very friendly. Seahouses is a 10-minute bike ride away, and we really recommend the boat trip to the Farne Islands!
