It's okay for one night with a motorhome. Sure, it's on the A6/E67, but if you need to sleep or rest...

This is almost like wild camping right by the sea. There are fire pits everywhere (although you have to buy the wood for the fire at the store), pit toilets, and a hand pump for water. Not suitable for larger campers, though, as they'll get stuck on the first tree.

Portable toilets and water are available. It's right next to the park, and there's a bandstand less than 10 meters away. So if something's happening there, you'll get great sound. In my opinion, the parking lot could easily accommodate more than five RVs.

We give it 4 stars because we liked the place, even though it doesn't have electricity or water (it's just a parking lot, after all). It's 20 meters from the beach, about a 15-minute walk to Cape Kolka, and about a 30-minute walk to Kolka itself. It's busy on weekends, as some kitesurfers park there.

The journey there is an adventure if you use a route planner. If you know the route, it's no problem, but the last stretch to the property isn't suitable for larger RVs. Otherwise, we found this private spot beautiful. The only minor drawback is the lack of a shower (that's a very high-level complaint). There's a lounge, toilet, sauna, and hot tub available for use—what more could you want?
