quiet place without amenities, nice for walking!

Our top location for 15 years: wildlife, beautiful nature, walks, no cell phone reception :-) No facilities either! make sure you arrive with an empty waste water tank and a full water tank. Please screw it up not for others by nevertheless discharging into the toilet building ... with a jerry can you can still fill the water tank in an emergency. There are signs that camping is forbidden, but that is a precaution because the terrain floods in the event of extreme rainfall. The municipality does not want liability, so strictly speaking it is 'forbidden'. When entering the valley there is a sign with 'camping sauvage', so .... at the grocery: bread, cheese, spreads and wifi for 2eu / 30 min. 2 restaurants, but no experience with it / also some tents and caravans, it can be a little busier during the day, but rest and quiet at night ... it is also on the route of the Tour Mont Blanc, so quite a few wild campers with a tent. Van for 3.5eu further down the valley for beautiful walks. Buy a ticket and guide at the tourist office on site and you have a week of hiking fun.

on top of the underground parking lot of the village, quiet, no facilities, best not to put chairs and tables outside. beautiful walks in the neighborhood! certainly going to the waterfall is worth it. near restaurant 'chez Lidia': breakfast and lunch taken: super food and dirt cheap

I also want to respond to the single overly negative reactions, we have already received 2 times now, kindly received, have a nice tasting, beautiful view, swimming pool is old and accomodation yes .... but how much do you pay? Just nothing :-) Recommend for a trip, wine tasting and a bicycle ride for a few days, we visited from there with the Orange bike.
