Great site with pool, bar, meals, books and all amenities for short or long stay. Best if you have a bike to take cycle path to shops and beaches. 4 stars as pool closed for repair.

Lovely spot near town facilities, however we arrived on a Friday night and around midnight large numbers of teens and twenties gathered which was a little concerning. After a while a stone hit our van and we left. Perhaps mid-week would be different. We will not return.

It is hard to fault this site. There are 8 free electric hook up points, a new toilet block, water and emptying facilities. An information office including a museum dedicated to Susan Valadon and Utrillo. All for free. Bars and shops are less than 100 metres away.

Castle over designed inside. Flies were bad when we were here. If no water on site, a water point in front of the castle works. Very quiet rural site Road to Aire is steep with gravel. Did not stay.

Strange place. Off the beaten track with good food and very friendly welcome from Antonio. Parked on sea shore for free with toilet and washbasin. Advised by proprietor that it is okay with Police to be here. Possible Naturist beach adjacent he tells me. Access from roundabout before reaching Mojacer . Popular with locals.

Clean site with all amenities. When we were here it filled up each day by late afternoon. We noted that prices for drinks etc were inclined to be higher in the shops than some other seaside stopovers. The beach was one of the better ones we encountered in Spain with sand rather than gravel in the sea but watch out for the odd boulder.

In the height of summer, there is little shade, which can be perfect in the winter. With our electric bikes, the single hill before reaching Carbanares took about 5 minutes to reach the town. A very friendly site.

A great site to sort yourself out at. Water for cleaning, not drinking, is plentiful. Long hose to fill van with drink water. Showers, washing up and toilets with a good restaurant next door. This was our third visit and a good place to rest up. Many people travel to seaside during day, returning each night.

This is a car park cum motorhome Aire. We stayed a few nights here, while driving along the coast during the day with several dozen other motorhomes. The sea here is clear with few waves. Close to perfect for swimming. On or adjacent to the Aire is a water tap toilet and a beach shower.. should you need other services, they cost 5e a few kilometres away.

Full! On busy weekend in the summer, we were not willing to wait in case someone left.

Closed when we visited and with what appears to be the beginning of permanent building taking place. Plenty of other vans wandering around looking for a place to park.

This stopover is situated on a plateau above the beach, with a road to cross. Delightful views and when we were there, a constant light breeze. A steep first gear incline to get onto the site but then, unlike several small stopovers at ground level, it has all the amenities one could wish for. Free cold showers or pay for hot shower. An excellent place to stay.

First impressions are of an overcrowded car park on a sloping terrain. It is however in the right place for local amenities and has warm showers, water etc for 12euros a day. Many vans stay for longer periods. Not perfect but better than the wild beach parking some vans do here.

Immaculate when we were there. Water, waste, flatfish parking on what looks like new concrete. What is more, each bay has it's own electric point which worked. Points lost for only one tap and someone had driven over the toilet empty pipe but it still worked.

First impressions are not favourable, looking a bit like an abandoned building site but after a while it becomes clear that this quiet rural escape has had considerable effort put into it. All facilities are here for its sports grounds. A view of the reservoir, or a visit to the bar in the village made this a better stopover than expected. P.S. the toilets had paper and the area was lit at ni

Quiet roadside parking s marked out. Coordinates did not exactly work but sitting in bay reads N42'21'15" W 5'45'15"

Clean, good basic facilities. Adjacent to football ground, gym and pool, I was told. We escaped to here from Vitoria where a fairground filled the parking. Good prospects for a quiet nights sleep.

If you search for everything given you on a plate, choose one of the large commercial sites. Bread, papers and other such items are available a couple of kilometres down the road. This is a family home where the host and hostess allow their guests to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of Estramadura.
