Nice place and not crowded. Price includes electricity and showers. Pay cash. Friendly manager and lots of information about the area. City center is 20 minutes by bike and the Fischereihafen with restaurants and a beer garden is less than 5 minutes by bike. We would love to come back.

Stayed 2 nights and was a great place. Shower with coins, but lovely shower and enough space for the stuff. Friendly managers. Center within walking distance.

The campsite is only open from May 1.

Completely agree with the previous glowing review about the hospitality and good care by the managers. Shuttle service to Taormina is very well arranged. The beach is a 10 minute walk, a short walk along the road. Too bad there is little view. The noise from the highway was very loud, especially because we sleep under a pop-up roof. But definitely recommended if you want to visit Taormina and the super friendly owners make up for it

Indeed a very friendly owner. The owner knows how to fill it up well, but still nice places. Nice small-scale and clean sanitary facilities. Nicely located near the beach. The only drawback is that you cannot wash with wRm water and that a shower token costs €1 for 2 minutes. Despite that, definitely recommended!

We are traveling in Europe for a month and this was our worst campsite. No hot water for washing dishes for a shower, a card you have to pay €2 for and very unclear how it works. Finally showered with cold water and got the money back. We had to pay €37 for half a place and then also no toilet paper. Faded glory. Well friendly staff.

Great place, thanks in part to Iwan. Last year on the way back from Turkey and again this year. WC and shower alone are beautifully laid out under trees. We will come back here again for sure.

Nice place with good facilities. Everything very well taken care of. It is a pity that the Spar is closed for the winter months from the end of October.
