Nice clean place, fishing port nearby, fish restaurants and theaters in the fishing port nearby, with the bike you can quickly reach the city center. Exciting is the trappings with constant shipping traffic. It is still working properly, so here is some noise

Close to the motorway exit, near the city, free on weekends. Mixed big ash parking! No infrastructure, train traffic even at night, fire department in the immediate vicinity with even at night out sick transport and emergency services.
