A nice rest area with all the amenities, kept tidy and clean. You can hear some traffic from the nearby highway, but not enough to be a nuisance. It's located not far from town (about a 20-30 minute walk along a comfortable, flat road) and close to the lakeside park, perfect for hiking or biking.

For an excellent, quiet stop. The area is complete with electricity hookup, loading and unloading, children's playground, and outdoor gym equipment for working out. There are signs encouraging voluntary contributions to help maintain the area. Thank you!
