Very unfriendly lady who did not want to book/give back the reservation just paid (read 15 minutes) when we found out that we had to have the campsite 3 km away to meet a friend there. She already knew about our doubts when booking on the spot, but could not reach a friend by phone. We left and € 130 lighter. How guest unfriendly can you be!!!
