We stayed here for 1 night and paid 26.50. And for an extra day (until 18:00) 10 euros. Great price for a great campsite. Friendly welcome. Spacious pitches with an artificial grass field so you don't need to use your own rug. Very clean and spacious sanitary facilities. Bread roll service and bicycle storage. And in the surrounding area, there are many opportunities to cycle or experience the culture.

We stayed here for 2 nights and could walk straight into the river from our pitch to paddle. That was nice. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. The sanitary facilities are very clean and there are plenty of toilets. The showers are a bit cramped. There is no bench to dry your feet. A bread delivery service is available and we had a good meal at the restaurant. This is currently closed (as of Aug 15) due to renovation. The Wi-Fi is poor and cycling in the surrounding area is (too) strenuous.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We were assigned a spot with (too) low-hanging branches (8). We had hardly any room to maneuver. After consultation, we were given a much better spot near the sanitary building (15). The staff is friendly, the showers are spacious and clean and some have hot water. The garden is beautiful; in the evenings we took out the chairs to enjoy the peace and quiet in the garden behind the chateau. Not cheap, but suitable for families.

We stayed 2 nights at the campsite, next to the toilet block. Spacious pitch with shade. Clean toilet block with spacious showers. The lake is beautiful and you can have a good meal in the little restaurant. You can hear the road, but it didn't bother us. Also no noise from the sanitary building. Nice cycle path to Nantes. Beautiful city with, among other things, a beautiful Cathedral. A few downsides: No Wi-Fi available. No toilet seats. No chemical toilet emptying point (!) but there is one for grey water.

We had a great spot with shade opposite the field behind the swimming pools. There are sufficient sanitary facilities, there are plenty of washing-up areas, and it is clean. When the pool is closed (after 7:00 PM), it is quiet. The restaurant has friendly service and serves a good glass of wine. The food was a bit disappointing; if you are a vegetarian and/or a connoisseur, go eat elsewhere. If you like pizza, burgers, and fries, then this is a good place to go.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Nice campsite; friendly welcome, the sanitary facilities are clean and there are more than enough toilets, sinks, and showers. Waste can be handed in separately and organic waste can be fed to the chickens. There is a large bicycle storage area with many charging points. The campsite is quiet and there are various points of interest to admire in the vicinity. However, many are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The campsite has good cycling routes, etc.

A nice welcome, spacious pitches, and a quiet location. Four comfortable and clean sanitary units (toilet, sink, and shower) and 2 washing-up areas. The surroundings are well-suited for cycling and walking. A nice extra was the option to order a (vegetarian) brunch box (during Pentecost). That made the stay extra special. We will be back!

Spacious pitches, clean sanitary facilities, and quiet (August). We had two tents and one campervan and, due to the heat, had a reading day under the awning. That day, mowing was done from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Mowing is necessary, we understand. However, our pitch was also meticulously mowed; next to/behind the campervan, between the clothes rack and the guy rope. This caused a tremendous amount of noise. When we reported this, the response was: "We've never had any complaints about this. It's a shame."

A nice campsite. Friendly welcome. We stayed 2 nights on a premium spot by the water. Very beautiful. The private sauna is recommended and has a nice garden. Sanitary facilities are spacious and clean. We had a good meal in the restaurant. Near the campsite is a bridge with various hiking trails; we walked 2 of them. You have to climb a bit but the view is beautiful. We did not find the roads suitable for our (city) bikes.

Very nice camper place with clean sanitary facilities, nicely decorated green area and spacious camper places. In the shop there are many walking routes and bike tours available. We were received very friendly and will definitely come back.

Friendly welcome and clean sanitary facilities. Nice base for visiting Monschau or cycling trips. The cycle path along the old railway line leads through a beautiful landscape. We paid €106 for 3 nights (2 adults). Places are not large and internet and wifi are moderate. It is wonderfully quiet and the Aldi is within walking distance.

Upon arrival we were advised to find a "high" spot, there was plenty of choice. We were lucky with this tip because after a night with a lot of rain we were still dry but the neighbors were not. The path was muddy and full of puddles. Sanitary facilities could be cleaner. The shower jet is in good order. There are many washing up places. The owner is very friendly and there is a large shop. Wifi only works well at the reception.

Nice campsite in beautiful surroundings. Friendly reception. We were here in warm weather; the natural pool opposite is a plus. Sometimes there is (children's) entertainment at the pool during the day with a lot of noise. You can hear that at the campsite. We could find a spot ourselves on one of the 2 meadows. Very clean sanitary facilities. Italian restaurant offers a wide choice, food tasted great! Beautiful cycling environment. Wifi unfortunately only works at reception.

Quiet campsite with friendly owner. Good base for visiting Luneburgerheide. Sanitary facilities were clean. However, there were occasional queues at the showers (3 for ladies, 3 for men) and at the 3 washing-up areas. Less pleasant was that the half-open washing-up areas were next to the discharge point for the cassette toilet, with a partition in between. This smell is not pleasant if you do the dishes and are sensitive to odours.

Very nice and quiet campsite with beautiful walking and cycling routes in the area. We were with a group (1 camper, 2 tents) and could stand together on the lawn of the group accommodation. The sanitary facilities and washing up areas are nice and clean. A small disadvantage of our place (group accommodation) was that the wifi does not work here. On the lawn of the campsite, wifi does work. Therefore 5 stars.
