Quiet campsite by the bay (no beach), with cottages and several camper pitches on gravel and on a grass field. A number of pitches have wooden platforms where you can park your camper next to them, handy in bad weather, but you do pay extra. Very friendly owner. Sanitary facilities look new and are fine. Campsite mainly geared towards anglers. Boats for rent; facilities for filleting fish at the jetty.

Mainly permanent pitches, with a few camper spots and a grassy area on the bank, with a few electricity hook-ups. Very helpful owner (also of the adjacent farm). Sanitary facilities are simple, but good in themselves. Note: follow the route via Skatval. Google Maps directed us via a slightly shorter but partly barely passable road (Vikanvegen).

June 2026 Simple, quiet campsite with neat, but somewhat old-fashioned sanitary facilities. Welcomed by a friendly older lady who runs the campsite with her daughter. Excellent starting point for visiting the Dovrefjell and Rondane regions. Also suitable as a stopover on the way to or from the north. We paid €35 per night for a campervan with 2 people.

Beautiful spot by the marina, with use of the clubhouse facilities. Lovely view. Checking in and paying via QR code took some getting used to, but worked fine.

June 2026. Great, quiet camper pitch, just outside the campsite, with use of the facilities (shower, toilet, washing-up area, laundry). Neat and clean sanitary facilities. Helpful reception. We paid €22, including electricity and €1 for the shower. Nice little forest lake with a small beach nearby.

Nice campsite, right by the sea (pebble beach), good and clean sanitary facilities, shop, and restaurant. Certainly not cheap. We paid €51 per night (low season) for a pitch, incl. electricity, on the beach side. Mountain side was €5 cheaper.

Fine campsite as a stopover. Excellent sanitary facilities, spacious pitches, shady. Not much to do in the surrounding area. We paid €27.10 (campervan, 2 people, electric).

On Thursday, April 23, 2026, we stood in front of a closed gate. There was no 'Camping à la ferme' sign either. Nor was there any other indication that there was a campsite. Closed? The website lists no opening hours. Disappointing.

A modest campsite with a mix of mobile homes, cottages, camping pitches, and motorhome spots. Open all year round. Beautifully situated on the mountain slope. Mountain hikes start directly from the campsite. Also a good starting point for road cyclists and mountain bikers. Motorhome pitches both inside and outside the barriers. Friendly welcome. Reception closed between 11:45 and 16:30. Excellent bread roll service (bakery). Sanitary facilities neat and clean; no coins needed for hot water.

Solid, somewhat old-fashioned campsite, sanitary facilities okay, large playground. Swimming pool not ready mid-May. Large pitches. Many cycling opportunities in the area, which is a bit boring. Beautiful nature walk over the headland at the adjacent nature reserve. We paid €75 for 2 nights (2 people).

Great campsite in a beautiful area, spacious pitches friendly reception, good sanitary facilities and very clean. Also cottages, rental of motorboats, especially for fishermen. Expensive though. We paid SEK 410 per night for VW California campervan with 2 persons incl. electricity.

Very nice small campsite with lots of space. Friendly couple runs the place. Neat sanitary. In the morning delicious home made and baked rolls and cinnamon buns. Close to nature reserve Store Mosse. Info available at the campsite.

We didn't like it: no toilet, no shower, no WiFi where we were, very muddy after an afternoon of rain.

This campsite only gets one star from us. Outrageous price of 420 NOK per night for place, 2 people and electricity. Shower room cramped and without clothes hooks, in the women's area the shower water ran all over the floor, dirty. The only advantage is good bus and tram connection to the city. Washing and drying machines are free but were used constantly, didn't wake properly and we didn't interfere. Abuse of scarcity in and around Bergen.

Simple small campsite. Sanitary quite primitive, but just know. Good starting point for a walk on the bird island. Beautiful location overlooking the bays and islands. Tent field was not accessible for our VW camper van, due to waterloggedness due to the abundant rainfall this year. 330 NOK per night, including electricity. Shower for free.

Spacious campsite, with simple but clean sanitary facilities. Giwd starting point for walks in nature parks Dovrefjell and Ondane. Very friendly camping lady. BBQ cottage available on request can be reserved and lounge space can be used. Came out very well in the rain storm of early August 2023! Price 300 NOK, 20 NOK for dusj.

Nice campsite. Friendly welcome by camping manager. Spacious pitches and decent and clean sanitary facilities. A bit more expensive than elsewhere (24 euros). Fantastic beach at 200 meters. Small indoor pool.

Nice campsite. Friendly welcome, 250 from the beach, beautiful coastal walk near GR34, excellent sanitary facilities. Brois service, also in September.
