A great campervan site just outside Gubbio. You can get there by bike within 10 minutes, and there is also a bus. Very nice and new sanitary facilities. The trees are still small, so there is little shade, but that is not a problem in the spring. There is a great café attached where you can have breakfast in the morning.

Top campsite! In an area where there aren't many campsites, this is a real winner! Beautiful pitches, a nice pool, and clean sanitary facilities. Also a good restaurant where you can enjoy a pleasant and good meal. It is a bit in the ‘middle of nowhere’, so it is mainly nice for walking or just doing nothing (and enjoying the view by the pool).

We had a great time here! Yes, there are midges, but they don't bite! They sometimes appear when it's windy in the early evening, but that's actually the case everywhere along this lake. If you are a bit further from the water (we had number 21), it's not too bad. Plenty of showers and toilets, and really very clean. Good hot water, even for washing dishes. We really thought this was a top spot, also for cycling and walking!

We don't understand the previous review! Now there are at least enough and clean showers and toilets. It is indeed 2 fields, I think all without electricity. We were there mid-August with good weather. most of the visitors were families or people who, like us, want to enjoy the beautiful coast with the Seven sisters. from here by bus to Eastbourne and then walk back. 20km. fantastic! Saturday night lots of campfires!

Really a top place if you want to visit York! This place is just getting started. brand new showers and toilets. Washing machine. Nice, nice people! The bus to York stops close to the site driveway. you can also cycle to York, about 6 kilometers almost flat. Really recommended!!

What a fantastic place this is!! after the hustle and bustle of Rome, a wonderfully quiet place right on the Via Appia. Real family business with wine, olives and fruit. Good and neat sanitary facilities.
