Unfortunately, our camper was too tall for the second tunnel. Passage height 2.70 m.

Everything is just perfect here. The most beautiful campsite in three weeks. Everything super neat. Spacious pitches. Nice pub 10 min away in the centre. Bus to Cardiff 5 min walk.

We called when we were standing at the gate. (It is more convenient if you do that earlier.) Another visitor (who had booked) who arrived at the same time was allowed to let us in already. Sent an email and received a reply after 10 minutes. We could pay via bank transfer or in cash in an envelope in the mailbox (next to/in the canteen door). Sea 20 minutes. Center/supermarket 10 min (through the park). The city is a bit of faded glory. Good for a day trip. Gate with combination lock. Pedestrian gate is open.

We paid £24, including electricity. Friendly manager. Very quiet. Sanitary facilities very old. The floor and toilet are kept pretty much clean, but there are plenty of cobwebs! It looks like workers stay here; you don't see anyone during the day. Bus to Plymouth every hour. Nice pub (+restaurant) within walking distance.

Beautiful place. £10 per person. No electricity. Mobile reception and Wi-Fi are good. Showers and toilets are outdated but very clean. Stunning walking area. The farm has a small shop where you can pay yourself (card accepted as well).

The navigation didn't take us to a camper site, but to a walled spa. We drove on to campsite Danny Wood.

Don't be put off by the "members only" sign. If there is space, you are welcome. Just ring the doorbell at the house. Friendly family. We received a map and tips. It's a 10-minute bike ride to the center. Bus stop nearby. Nice museums. You can also cycle along an old railway line and to the charming village of Bosham. There is no facility for grey water. "Just throw the dishwater in the hedge," said the owner! Otherwise, a great spot, £25 per night with electricity.
