Reservation difficulties and a chaotic arrival process. The staff were confused and unprofessional, ultimately acting rudely, prompting us to leave immediately because the manager became impatient when we asked to see our assigned pitch, saying he didn't have time to waste. We opted for another location, which offered a better location and a more welcoming atmosphere.
