great campsite for on the way to Dover. indeed under construction but neat new toilet block, 0.50p 8 min shower. spacious pitches on the hayfield. aircraft noise but at night it is quite bearable. friendly staff. nice pub "wiremill" nearby at the lake, 10 min walk through the meadow. staff pointed it out to us. £34, 50 incl. electricity

the tomtom brought me flawlessly to the address. No toilet building or washing up. But certainly not bad, it is just what you expect and then it is worth the price so close to the center of the beautiful town. Nice and simple, a real farm campsite. John is very friendly. Ballycarry station train to Belfast fifteen minutes walk. Facilities: no shower but everything else you need is there and all for £25.00. and also a beautiful view and quiet place Be careful you drive right past it.
