As of March 15, 2025, this campsite is still closed. We were faced with a closed gate after repeated failed attempts to contact the campsite by phone.

This is our second time here. That makes checking in quick, because they apparently keep your details. Great place for a few days. As others have indicated, the sanitary facilities are dated, but very functional, and kept very clean. Great base for exploring this area by bike. Blanes is also a pleasant village. Great place as a first landing place in Spain upon arrival, or as a last place when leaving Spain.

Also on March 15th still closed. Bits spoken to on the phone, when we were at the gate. This site better be removed from the list. Also very difficult to reach from the south!

we enjoyed this campsite on the water together with our 2 grandchildren (10 and 11 years old), nice big place for the camper and space for a tent. Good and clean sanitary facilities, washing up area with hot water. Free use of canoes and go-karts. Friendly managers. Only the restaurant we found expensive for what they offered. Peter and Tonny

very positive. clean sanitary facilities, washing machines, spacious washing-up area with hot water. spacious pitches in January, but everything is crisscrossed, which seems a bit messy, but has its charm. Alvor itself and the surrounding area is worth a visit. boardwalks through the dunes offer excellent walking and cycling opportunities. we have spent 7 days here wonderfully. so highly recommended. good friendly reception (English). place you could choose yourself. fairly flat spots, good to do despite the rain. Sanitary facilities were perfectly maintained. 30 minute walk to Evora. What an amazing place with a rich history. Recommended. Peter and Tony

Great CP. Friendly welcome by a nice helpful couple. Clean sanitary facilities. Coffee was served in a nice conservatory, together with other motor home owners. Worth a recommendation. We'll be back.
