Helpful camping owner. Please note, the campsite is quickly full. We could not stand there anymore. Camping owner quickly called other campsites. From what we have seen: Sanitary clean. Showers with direct door to the outside.

Nice quiet place. Often used for camping, also by tents in the dunes. There are small camper vans that drive into the dunes. Furthermore, many dog walkers in the evening and morning. Please note, the road to it from the sports fields is very narrow and one cannot pass each other.

Perfect and clean. All camper facilities available. Free good showers. Scaffolding for a boat. Also to fish from. Rental boats 3 minutes away. Fishing for brown trout is free. Mini shop and breakfast services.

Beautiful place. Can start here with the circular walk from the island of hornhead. Way there is clockwise, very steep and narrow. So narrow that passing is not possible. The verges are soft and therefore unsuitable for diverting. The road quality is also low. Parking is relatively flat. Big chance that you are on the wind.

In clear weather nice view over the mountains of connemora. Also panoramic view to the ocean. Benches available. Flat surface.

Local residents do not allow you to spend the night there. Furthermore, a nice place on a jetty with sea water.
