The campsite has good facilities and a simple restaurant. The downside is the many sloping pitches, especially if you want electricity at your pitch. Another major disadvantage is that there is no facility to empty your chemical toilet. You receive a voucher to empty your toilet cassette at a neighboring campsite. I also did not see a grey water drain.

The owner passed away a year ago. His wife runs the campsite but no longer cooks for the guests. Otherwise, she does her utmost to make everyone happy and to run the small, simple campsite as well as possible. It is pleasant to spend time under the olive trees, but actually too expensive for what they have to offer.

May 18, 2026. The campsite was presumably still closed. There was no one to be seen. It also looked neglected.

After a beautiful drive through National Park La Sila here overnight. Beautiful small camper place with 8 places with wide view. Just a bit down the hill a new sanitary building with 2 brand new bathrooms (shower, toilet and toilet). We drove onto the site and at about 18:30 someone came to connect the power and open the sanitary block. Pre-season ?? We paid € 25 - and got a bag with local snack (kind of Pretzels)

Visited at the end of May. Great campsite. Nice good plumbing. Enough places. By bike (without support!) On bike path in 15 minutes in Albufeira.
