A very clean campsite with excellent sanitary facilities, good Wi-Fi, and a beautiful location on the Thames. The nearby M25 can be a challenge, especially for roof sleepers. Even during off-peak hours, there are many low-flying Heathrow planes. A 55-minute bike ride along the Thames to Windsor and 45 minutes to Hampton Court Palace. Despite our CCC membership, it's still £35 per night for two people. The Kingfisher restaurant is highly recommended.

A magnificent overnight camping with sublime views of impressive chalk cliffs with pebble beach. Neat terraced camping with many holiday homes. Enthusiastic reception and excellent sanitary facilities. Poor internet reception. Restaurant 'pour-koi-pas' is an absolute must. Why not.

Beautiful, well-maintained campsite. Spacious pitches, most of which are on hard ground. Sanitary facilities spick and span. Permanently cleaned. Really great. Good wifi and bread service. Friendly treatment. 30 min. walk along the Aude to the cité. McDonalds across the road. For roof sleepers, the busy main road may be a bit of a problem. Also a nice starting point for landing beaches.

I hardly give 5*, but this one really deserves it. Excellent uneven terraced camping, spacious pitches, good and clean sanitary facilities, excellent wifi, nice indoor pool, modest but good restaurant, excellent maintenance. And above all very friendly treatment. A 13-minute walk to the particularly atmospheric town. You can recommend this to your friends.

Excellent and quiet, directly on a sandy beach located camping site. Some places directly sea view on the beach. Good and clean sanitary facilities. Bread bus every morning. Unfortunately no wifi, for which a star deduction. Dinard, but also Saint-Malo (with the ferry) by bike easy to do. Too bad there are still whiners, who whine about the lack of toilet seats. Without much more hygienic!! A top camping.

Excellent camping site, clean sanitary facilities and paved pitches. 15 min. walk from the Menin Gate. Friendly treatment. As a roof sleeper, however, a lot of trouble with the permanent (24/7) hum of the nearby steel factory. For me personally a major minus point.

A lovely very quiet place, deep in the countryside, where you are welcomed with open arms by Englishman Marc, with a detailed explanation. Spacious, neatly maintained open grass terrain. Nice quiet terraced campsite with pitches on hard ground and most with a view. Many pitches quite steep, but with blocks you can get a reasonable distance. Excellent sanitary facilities, washing machines and dryers, good (washing) facilities, good wifi, restaurant and in the season a nice swimming pool. Water taps at the pitches. No bread etc. Maybe in the season. Does not seem suitable for the >7mtr. campers. Bus to SanSebastián in front of the campsite.

3 years ago here too, was great then. Currently only the sanitary facilities are fine. Due to bad weather, lots of mud and washed away parts. They are working on it with all their might. Furthermore, an excellent place to visit the cathedral. 35 minutes walking. Roof sleepers experience a lot of traffic noise. Reasonable wifi. Huge shopping mall 10 minutes walking. In summer a great swimming pool.

The warm welcome with a bottle of wine and a snack by a wood fire, while it was pouring rain, very heartwarming. Were allowed to stand on the asphalt. Top. Sanitary facilities good and clean. Formidable. Small, quiet and well-maintained campsite, where service is our number one priority. Nice indoor swimming pool and excellent, clean sanitary facilities. There are coin-operated shower machines, but I have the feeling that they have abandoned that. So no more coins. Cozy restaurant and bar. However, we did not eat here. Located between the beautiful cities of Reims and Laon, but too far for a bicycle. Excellent WiFi, but only in and around the restaurant. Bread.

Large, well-maintained and quiet camping site, on the Loire and next to a free municipal swimming pool for camping visitors. Spacious places and an excellent restaurant, where you must make a reservation by telephone. Friendly treatment. Wet groups moderate, but clean. Bread at 600m. in Brive. Free WiFi only around the restaurant. One of the better municipalities. 6 km. By bike you can easily reach the beautiful Le Puy-en-Valey. Recommended.

A very commendable campsite. Superlatives fall short. Beautifully situated, large well-kept pitches, top sanitary facilities and swimming pool. Cozy bar terrace. Next to steam train station 'train d'Ardeche' (definitely do it) and beautiful, easy cycle path route to Tournon-s-R. Very warm treatment and hospitality. Bread service. Unfortunately, WiFi only near and in the swimming pool. You will be happy to come back here.

A beautiful and well-organized campsite run by a Dutch family. This is how all campsites should be. Wet groups fine, excellent, cozy restaurant, bread service, well-functioning free WiFi. Friendliness and helpfulness. In short, great. When we were there, there were mainly Dutch guests, as if it were a Dutch enclave. A base for many tough cycling trips. The large white goods castles are regularly located, with permission, on plots that are too tight, so that they almost touch each other and the vans give the feeling of being in the white goods department of Mediamarkt. Owner a grumpy man without a friendly appearance. Excellent base for 'RouteDesCrêts' and 'Gorge-du-Verdon'. Restaurant serves pizza.

A park that has been thought through, with everything taken care of, where the majority is taken up by houses. A large array of personnel ensures cleanliness and maintenance. A wonderful, well-maintained, clean and quiet campsite, far from through traffic and where birds give free concerts every day. The very friendly Dutch manager has done well. Bread service, snack bar, good WiFi and swimming lake behind the campsite. You leave here reluctantly. The beautiful panoramas in the area breathe tranquility.

Almost perfect campsite. Sanitary facilities as you would want at home, well-maintained grounds, beautiful pitches, washing machines, nice washing-up areas. The only downside for roof sleepers (if you are sensitive to that) is the fairly busy road close to the campsite. At approx. 2km. from the very atmospheric historic town of Colmar and the Rammelberg ore mine. Restaurant with good menu and bread service.

The rating is mainly due to its location in the middle of the forest on a swimming lake and therefore wonderfully quiet. Ideal for families with children. During the season the silence is over. No maintenance is done and neither is repair. A real no-nonsense campsite. Sanitary facilities clean but rickety and insufficient. There are toilets (4), showers (2) and dishes (2), some of which are still broken. 20km. Cycling to Leipzig mainly via cycle path.

Brought in by the manager with all due respect and neatly informed us about the accessibility of the city with a city map. Camping simple, but meets all the basic needs. The beautiful location on a lake, the spacious pitches, the excellent WiFi and the well-maintained grounds and no permanent pitches are big pluses. Sanitary facilities clean and spacious. There was no bread service when we were there. The cozy and atmospheric city of Cheb is approximately 25 minutes by bike. From the campsite, go straight ahead. A striking number of Germans from Saxony from just across the border. Great location.

A campsite where you wish they all could be. Grounds, pitches, sanitary facilities, restaurant with terrace, location (relative to Bamberg). All great. But many campers know that.

Especially for a city campsite, a beautifully situated large but quiet campsite. Sanitary facilities excellent, bistro and bread service. Within 30 min. by bike on the Hauptmarkt. In about 10 minutes. the impressive remains of Hitler's Zeppelin field and the place where Hitler gave the mass speeches in 1933. End speed and a bit of goosebumps.

A particularly beautiful campsite, where everything is right. In short, everything is fine, with the exception of WiFi. Works very poorly. Heilbronn at 16 fairly uneventful cycling kms.

The very friendly, joferous treatment by the managers and the beautiful, quiet location directly on the Rhine make this campsite very attractive. Sanitary facilities somewhat poor but acceptable and clean. Bread service. Nice starting point for visiting Mannheim and Heidelberg. Pizza restaurant next door. The Italian restaurant within 10 minutes walking distance is very good. In short, a real return stay.

Beautiful glamping campsite with beautiful swimming pool, excellent sanitary facilities on beautiful grounds. Site still under development. Glamping tents are on the rise at the expense of camper pitches. Bread service and WiFi only at reception. For roof sleepers, the long road from 5:00 am could be a thing. Arcos de la Frontera, located on a boil, is easy to do on an e-bike and is worth it.

Very clean and quiet campsite with good sanitary facilities. Many places with luxury tents, resulting in a limited number of camper pitches. Perfect location on a beautiful sandy beach. Wifi only in restaurant. Bread sales. It will probably be noisier during children's season. Camp management very helpful. 5km. to Tarifa by bike is easy to do along a main road because of the wide, spacious strip.

Camping seems a bit dingy at first, but offers what you need. Sanitary facilities reasonably clean, but could use some maintenance. No judgment about the restaurant and swimming pool. WiFi fine. Roof sleepers can be bothered by dogs barking at night. Mérida at 4km. easily accessible by bicycle.

An ideal multi-day stopover. The location 500m. of a harbor and beautiful beach, tranquility, beautiful spacious pitches and customer friendliness, more than compensate for the lack of WiFi and moderate but clean sanitary facilities. A great start to the next step in Spain. My idea, just do it.

Excellent, spacious campsite located on the Loure, where everything is as it should be. A downside for roof sleepers is the traffic noise from the main high road close to the campsite. Wanted to stay 2 nights, but closing tomorrow 7/10, contrary to what this app indicates. Shame.

Neat campsite on the edge of a village which has little to offer besides supermarkets and 2 restaurants. Friendly reception. Large swimming pool, right next to the entrance. Neat and clean sanitary facilities, sandwiches, modest snacks. Large part of the site occupied by permanent pitches. So it will be busy on weekends. Most temporary guests stand on a large lawn. Good transit campsite. Traffic noise is certainly a thing for roof sleepers.

Only 12 weeks ago, the new extremely friendly manager took over this campsite and the brightening up radiates towards you. Well maintained campsite and everything well arranged. Good and clean sanitary facilities, bread service, small bar/terrace, pizzas, etc. can be ordered via reception. Prices slightly increased, but not really expensive yet. Beautiful town and monastery GroßComburg on foot in 30min. Traffic / rail is not too bad. We felt at home here.

The location in a forest is great, the owner very helpful, bread sales and reasonably clean, but dated sanitary facilities. Furthermore, this campsite with many permanent extensions and extensions makes a dingy and neglected impression on us. Nice free-roaming peacocks and 3 Bullterrier/Stanford-like dogs at the entrance in a pen. However, don't bother. Wifi occasionally good. Many hiking options. Recommended: the Steinklamm walk. Supers at about 2km.

Beautifully situated on a swimming lake, a quiet campsite with ample space. Excellent sanitary facilities, bread sales and a modest pizza restaurant and terrace. Walking and cycling opportunities in the area. Located on the Ennstalradweg. Got the impression that many Austrian campers come here more often. Somewhat cliquey. It's just how you deal with it.

Excellent well-maintained city campsite to reach Vienna by bicycle or public transport. Nice bike path along Danube. 30min to St. Stephen's Cathedral. Sometimes a bit exaggerated with space, but good enough. Good sanitary facilities, sandwich shop. Especially noisy for roof sleepers due to traffic and train / metro. Owner keeps a finger on the pulse to prevent illegal practices by Eastern Europeans.

The dream place to stay. 5 stars are not enough for this location. At a swimming lake, deep in a valley enclosed between green mountains. Large pitches on the lake, various water taps, excellent sanitary facilities, good (reasonably priced) restaurant, bread service and silence. Dogs not allowed. From the GrünerSee (20 minutes by bike) various hiking options. Supermarket at 8 km.

Service is at the top of this Dutch-run campsite. Spacious pitches, excellent sanitary facilities, bread service, beautiful cycling and walking environment. Despite the nearby railway and main road, not really disturbing. Not even on a folding roof. Very quiet at night. Gas connections on the pitches for the winter period. A winner. Annemarie and Leon make you feel welcome.

Very popular with Germans, so fills up quickly. Difficult to book online. Sanitary facilities closed between 12:00 and 14:00.

Perfect WiFi (€1.00 p.d.), large pitches, bread service and, above all, tranquility. Initially planned to stay 2 nights, became 5. Although absolutely worthy of 5 *, still 4.5 * because of fixed pitches, which are mainly out of sight. Prime location. Hiking also great.

If you're looking for silence, you've found it here. Very small, nature lovers campsite, populated only by Dutch people, where Jan Wolkers would feel at home. Well tucked away in a beautiful setting. Clean sanitary facilities and very friendly owner. The old witch who scratched at me why I didn't close the sliding gate behind me turned out to be a guest. A quiet and green campsite, located near the center of Verdun, where a (too) wide asphalted central area looks a bit grubby. Otherwise fine. Friendly helpful treatment, bread service, swimming pool and good restaurant. Sanitary clean but somewhat outdated and hardly any wifi. Otherwise 4 stars would have been appropriate. Tip: beautiful 11 km. long bike ride to Ossuaire de Douaumont. Support required.

Very good quiet city site, next to a park on the edge of Saarlois. Along the entire outside, permanent (garden gnome) pitches. However, don't act scruffy. Very friendly and helpful hostess. Wet areas very nice and clean. An example. Sarah is nice. 14.5 km to Unesco Stahlhütte Völklingen on a cycle path directly along the Saar.

The campsite, run by a very hospitable and friendly Dutchman, turned this into a stay that could not be faulted. Excellent sanitary facilities, leafy grass pitches in a beautifully situated valley. Good restaurant with outside terrace, (unfortunately due to lack of staff only from Fri. to Sun) bread service. The start of the hiking trail 'canion trôp-maret' (5 km.) is a must, located 25 minutes away on foot. From Malmedy you can make many walks. Recommended.

A very nicely located campsite with rental accommodations separate from the camper spots. Campers directly on the Ardèche. Beautiful all the trimmings swimming pools, restaurant, bread shop, excellent sanitary facilities and shaded areas. Because of the quite high price one star less. However, it is normal for a park with these facilities in and on the Ardeche. Supply and demand. Big plus is the 4 km. distance to the beautiful city. Wifi very mediocre. Lidl at 1.2 km.
