Simple but neat and quiet parking lot for about 10 campers. Nice and close to the city center via a walking path along the water. There is no water, but there is electricity. You need coins for both electricity and the parking fee (€15). It is fine for one night, and by then you will have seen most of beautiful Marburg. No need to reserve the nearby campsite.

The campsite is divided into 3 levels. Walking up (to the swimming pool) is quite steep. There are some really nice spots at the top, but at the bottom you need a bit of luck. We were (too) close to the waste disposal area and the toilet cleaner. However, there was privacy and peace. It is a short walk to the center, which is charming. It is fine for one night, but if you want to stay for more days, I think you should stay at the top.
