When we arrived it had just started raining. After about fifteen minutes I wanted to move the camper to a paved spot. I just managed it, I shouldn't have been standing in the grass much longer. The WiFi is excellent. Ask the owner for the password. It is not indicated anywhere.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Early August and many empty places, so we had plenty of room. There are two buildings with sanitary facilities where you can discharge the gray water. The facilities in the 2nd building are newer and look great.
