we’ve stayed here many times. there is no sign saying you can’t overnight. The Garda that said you can’t stay was acting beyond here powers and that from my friend who’s an inspector in the Garda. police

Ok for visit to Honfleur however the restaurants are a lot more expensive that elsewhere coffee in one cost €6! The aire is ok with water and electricity but is very tired looking which is a shame as it lets the area down, especially as they must be making a lot from the near 100 pitches.

Great overnight stop next to harbour. and 4 ⭐️ for having an aire de service, very rare in our country! however there are no bays set aside for camping cars so parked next to harbour for a safe quiet nights stop.

This a really lovely spot to stay for a few days and just watch the boats go by, especially when the sun is shining.

This is a beautiful safe stop over when just off the Rosslare ferry. it’s just 30 minutes away and is aways welcoming. We’ve been using it for the passed 20 years and highly recommended it for a stop. food is served Friday Saturday & Sunday evenings the rest of the week is just a pub. However water is available but no discharge point for grey or black water.

This is what I call a wonderful aire. It’s in a beautiful setting next to a charming village with a small bar for those who like a wee dram. There’s also a village shop that sells most things including wonderful baguette’s and Croissant. from the aire walk to mini roundabout in village 150 mtr turn right then nxt left then left again shop in front of you.

One person marked this Aire as poor? it has to be remembered it’s an aire for motorhome with their own facilities it’s NOT a campsite. most Aires across Europe only allow for water and waste! As such this is a brilliant aire, with wonderful view a beautiful county pile to explore that’s also go a small cafe. and a peaceful nights sleep among friendly Irish people, what more could one want?

For the price excellent value. It’s unfair to say that this is a poor campsite as it has all one needs including quite reasonable showers. we stayed an enjoyable few days for less than some Aires and that included electricity.

This is a really great pub that has both good food and a friendly atmosphere. The car park is large and easy able to accommodate a large Motorhome. we stayed at the back of the car park next to the alpaca enclosure. We were unable to dine as we’d already eaten so made a donation of £10. for a really lovely quiet nights rest in a beautiful rural setting. highly recommended.

One of the best Aires in Ireland, stayed a couple of nights would have stayed longer but the ferry home was booked. we’ll certainly return to enjoy this peaceful safe location, highly recommend.

Nice quiet spot on the edge of the Shannon with pub restaurant adjacent. Great for watching the pleasure boats try and tie up! there’s no fresh water but at the back of locked toilet block lift a small manhole cover and dump black waste there. There’s also rubbish and recycling bins.

A brilliant Motorhome aire with everything a campsite has to offer at a reasonable price £10 without electric. The old entrance just by the bridge is closed and the new entrance is at these coordinates. 52.538087*N. 6.962857*W.

Returned to this stopover for a second time on our way home. After clearing three bags of rubbish from the parking area we stayed for one night, why can’t the local publican do his civil duty and clean up ever now and then?

This is a beautiful NationalTrust house and garden with restaurant, or a short walk away is the Spread Eagle pub that service lovely food all day.

A great little site near a very picturesque town. Hard to find as it’s on the service road which is one way running down from roundabout. The lads who own it are very friendly & helpful. The price is €11 + €3 for electric if required & the shower was €1 for a brilliant shower. Pitch is smallish but we didn’t mind as out most of the day. Price includes very good WiFi

Wonderful, need I say more. Electric hookup would have scored a ten

This car park is owned by the pub across the road. The pub serves evening meals and breakfast for the hungry traveler. It’s a very Busy car park use by dog walkers so time your arrival to early afternoon or late evening that way you’ll find a spot to park. It’s on a busy road so some noise, there’s no water but a rubbish bin is at entrance to parkland adjacent.

As has already been stated this I a little gem of a place to stay. If there were electric hookup and water I’d give it full stars. On the road down to the Habour near the cemetery entrance on the left is a public toilet and on a wall near by is a fresh water point.

This is one of our favourite stops. Good country food good Guinness and fabulous views. Ideal for ramblers but be aware arrive late at weekends and the car parks full. There’s also a shower in the pub toilet €1. Fresh water r/h end of building. This is a must stopover. CM.

What a fantastic place, the owner and his partner are just a wonderful kind couple who can’t do enough for you. Everything you could ask for in an aire is here free Wi-Fi, use of washer, dryer, kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle and sink to wash up at. A meeting room to sit I with fire. Plus a toilet, electric hook up, fresh water and waste dump. All you pay is a fair donation! Brilliant.

Well worth a visit to the cliffs and interpretive centre. You can stay overnight in the car park which has a loo block were we emptied our cassette, with care! There’s also a good restaurant for hot food and drinks. The cost is €5 per person if your over 60. And that’s for everything.

Well worth a visit and for over 60s just €5 per person to park and view the cliffs and interpretive centre. There’s a cafe with hot food and snacks and lots of gift shops for that memento to take back home. Although it’s not stated you can overnight in the huge safe car park! there’s a ladies and gents loo in the car park which we emptied our cassette at, no water point though.

Great stopover with secure entrance plenty of space for any sized motorhome. Although not stated, black and grey water dump as well as fresh water. We had the Irish stew for lunch and it was delicious. Went back in the evening for a few glasses of Guinness and listened to the owner playing the fiddle. Well worth a stop over for the true Irish experience. No electric but then we didn’t need it.

A pub with food, all be it a limited menu the waitress was very friendly. We spent a night there with our friends and spent €80. At the bar, In the morning I asked about water and placed a small bag of rubbish in the dumpster only to receive a terse remark from the owner. I certainly won’t be returning, certainly not the normal friendly Irish person I’ve come to expect.

Excellent stopover with electric, water, grey & black water dump. There are toilets but we always use our own. Bantry is a lovely town with lots of shops and eateries, a large SuperValu supermarket and a petrol station.
Sitecode: 28849
A small but quiet parking area with spectacular views over the cliffs and of course the mass stone. We stayed here for one night with another Motorhome, it’s worth a visit. There are no services other than a picnic table.
Sitecode: 67109
Tip top Aire well worth a visit, which is more than can be said for the local Chinese restaurant we dined at.
Sitecode: 953
A brilliant aire just 20min walk along river from Saarburg, with all the facilities of a campsite. The showers and loo are spotlessly clean with a shower costing €1:50. There’s also metered electric at 50cent per kWh, which might seem a lot but we used our gas fridge and just use the electric for our kettle. There’s also washing up sinks with loads of hot water and a small cafe for coffee and snac

What a little gem. We stayed here for a couple of quiet relaxing nights and will certainly return. There’s lots of green space between parking places to sit and relax with a G&T in hand, Wonderful.

We’ve Used this Farm aire for many years now and would highly recommend it. It in a beautiful very safe location so don’t be put of by the narrow access roads.

The best Aire I've ever been to, lots of space and very reasonably priced. Many thanks to the people and Marie of Objar, a credit to France. I just wish our councillors in the U.K. would do the same for our continental friends. Thank you Colin.
Sitecode: 9897
I have to give this an 8 star rating because it's the only aire I know of in the UK. Well done Canterbury, just a shame other towns and villages don't wake up to our needs. Our continental friends must think we're so backwards. We always catch the bus into Canterbury and dine at the brilliant Indian restaurant along from the cathedral entrance. "Kashmir tandoori" 20 Palace Street. Enjoy Colin.
