Excellent campsite at the foot of Mount Etna (with views all the way to the summit). Very friendly staff, good facilities including hot water for washing dishes, etc. The shuttle to Mount Etna works perfectly. Fair prices.

The campsite is actually in a very beautiful location right by the sea and was once very nicely laid out. However, it's now rather neglected; there are deep ruts and washouts in the ground everywhere; you could order bread rolls, but there weren't any in the morning… Unfortunately, the busy road makes it difficult to get away on foot or by bicycle. Perhaps it's the off-season?

A lovely stopover on the way through the hills of central Sicily. Mandorleto is a small almond farm with four beautiful pitches and delicious food. Run with love by Marco and his brother.

Extremely beautiful campsite; great view, very friendly winemaker (who also speaks good English), and excellent champagne! In my opinion, however, only 3 campsites
