The owner and her partner were very friendly and hospitable. Nice farmhouse and location. Sanitary facilities dated but clean and everything was there. Even towels were ready! We only stayed one night due to the weather, shorter than planned. Beautiful surroundings for walking and cycling. Close to the charming town of Ommen.

After traveling around Europe for 2.5 months and taking another weekend getaway to this new campsite, we can say that this was the best campsite. 5 stars. We never give them. But we do now. One tip: the hot water level could go back to the autumn/winter setting!

The campsite management was very flexible. We were allowed to stay on the lower section, which was not yet open (although it had been mowed). As a result, we were alone, among the trees, on a spacious pitch and close to a nice swimming pool. The sanitary facilities were outdated. The restaurant was good. The surroundings are stunningly beautiful, and there is so much beauty to see by bike. It was easy to get through the two sweltering days with the shade, the swimming pool, and of course, the sea.

Excellent campsite for visiting Rennes by bike. Beautiful city, by the way. 5 stars. But here everything was a three, and that is what you expect for a campsite near a big city. Sanitary facilities outdated but clean.

With 4 stars, I am somewhere between the previous two. The pitches are 5 stars, but as often mentioned here, the sanitary facilities (no toilet seats to boot) are three stars. The showers do get nice and hot, but the temperature cannot be adjusted. That must have been very unpleasant for the previous camper when it was so hot. Otherwise, it is very quiet and a lovely place to stay.

I don't often give 5 stars, but this campsite has earned them. The surrounding area begs to be explored, and that calls for a campsite that facilitates this, allowing you to stay for a few nights with your camper. Hats off to them. Good bread service all week! Excellent pool and restaurant.

The photos from before the bushfires give a completely wrong impression of what the campsite looks like now. But apart from that, searching for a spot while driving the camper across the grounds gave the feeling of watching thousands of penguins finding a place to breed on a rock by the sea. We turned around immediately.

Quiet campsite in a beautiful area. Plenty of shady spots, but a bit messy. It is recommended to maintain it, prune, etc. The terrace, pool, and restaurant are in order, and the food is very good. Baguettes and service are excellent.

All the good things have been written, so now there are only points for improvement: the trees on the camper pitches are still small and provide little shade. The sanitary building for the upper terraces is simply very poor and dirty. Broken toilet seat and the whole building vibrates, far too few toilets, showers, and shaving stations. But! The sanitary building downstairs (a bit of a walk, steep) is perfect. This otherwise very nice campsite needs to implement that renovation in the old sanitary facilities.

Everything was mediocre except for the restaurant. On weekends when the weather is nice, the local residents who have their caravans and bungalows there arrive. Every spot is taken then, and until 11:00 PM it is a cacophony of Spanish conviviality. It is quieter during the week, though. The sanitary facilities are downright inadequate. We won't be coming back here. The surroundings are beautiful, though.
