Luckily, Tessa is open! What a wonderful place for both people and dogs. I've been coming here for a few winters now, and it's always lovely, cozy, and sociable.

Great spot! Semi-paved pitches with electricity; drinking water, waste disposal, and garbage bins. It's great that you pay less as a single person. Right across from the CP is an information center about the Drents-Friese Wold with a gnome trail and wildflower meadow. Of course, nothing is in bloom anymore at the end of October, but I can see it's been nicely landscaped. Thank you!

I was spoken to in English over the phone. The campsite turned out to be open. The grass is muddy, and it takes a while to find an available power point. The facilities are basic but clean. In my opinion, €35 is disproportionately expensive.

Very satisfied. You can pay for electricity via the on-off app, but overnight stays are free! It's a large parking lot with plenty of space. Occasionally, people walk their dogs here, but otherwise, no residents or tourists park here. I think I'll use it more often! It's within cycling distance of the city.

A wonderful place, Rudolf! I've been here for a week and a half now, with two dogs, and we're completely relaxed. There's space, a cozy atmosphere, truly excellent facilities, and even a lovely living room! The campsite is surrounded by trees and shrubs, so you're not bothered by the wind. Plenty of electricity and drinking water points for everyone. A beautiful lawn, no hassle with ramps. Wonderful cycling in the area. I'll stay a bit longer...

Great spot! Free with electricity! No water, but a drain and containers for your waste. The village is charming; nice people, flowering fruit trees, a river, whistling birds, what more could you want. Make sure you bring water and essential groceries, then you'll be fine!

A very nice place! All the space in your camper, nice facilities. If it rains or blows, you can play a game in the barn, read or get together for a bite to eat and a drink. I enjoy the relaxed peace and all the herbs and flowers in the area. more than worth it.

Small but nice. At night it is quiet in terms of traffic. Joaquim and his daughter make good use of Google Translate and they keep everything clean. €12 per night, electricity €3, washing €4. Dogs are welcome; a little further on there is a fenced dog park and they can also walk along the river. There is a back road and iron bridge to go to Benijofar on foot or by bike. Supermarket, terraces, restaurants within walking distance.

Very quiet CP with large pitches and a jetty next to each pitch. I enjoyed it and so did my dog. Nice cycling to the village, weekly markets, coast, everything easily accessible. Also enjoyed a delicious meal from Lien and the guest rooms. Craftsmanship, stylish, unique. Price is currently €25 per night including electricity. It is smart to book in advance. Many thanks for the hospitality Rik and Lien!

Fine for a night. You pay per person. Electricity is more than sufficient but expensive. The terrain is indeed wet, grass on clay, but you can stand on the semi-paved paths. There is some traffic noise and now and then a passing train; you get a bottle of wine as compensation. I checked out the toilet building: very cold in the winter, but fine. The restaurant has a nice sitting area; wifi available, nice coffee. Menu is simple. Friendly service.

Super clean, 2 toilets and 2 lovely warm showers, wifi and sufficient amp. for electricity. Friendly lady who comes twice a day for payment, cleaning and information. She is handy with a translation app. Close to a bakery, small shop, bay with beach. I stayed here for 7 nights. The crowing of the roosters, cow bells and rural smells do not bother me at all. At night the lights on the CP remain on.

Very nice place! Hospitable welcome. Maureen showed that they are creating a living room at the reception. That is a good idea! Then your place gets 5 stars. Excellent toilet and shower building. A bit chilly because of the storm, but the water is nice and warm. Sufficient power connections. Forest nearby: always nice for dogs. Thank you Maureen and co!

Very nice and beautiful place! Heated shower room, toilet, dishwashing area, washing, drying, bicycle rack at your spacious camper spot. Furnished by someone how he/she would like to find it. A small camp shop where you can order bread. And that for €14.50 incl electricity

The campsite is now also open in the winter! Lovely and quiet, the dog can also walk there nicely.

Slept wonderfully, what peace! Water is turned off, but if you follow the water hose, you can open the tap. Close it neatly after use. There are 3 places with electricity on the camper field: a connection hangs out of the window.

A really neat campsite, clean sanitary facilities, even a large shower and separate toilet for the disabled. I paid €17 per night for 1 person including electricity and TB; dog free.

I was here for 1 night as the only camper. Traffic starts before six, but at night it was quiet, except for a coughing sheep. The semi-paved areas are overgrown with moss, but the grass is kept short. Power available, a water tap and a garden hose. Pay in the cafe €13 plus 1.50 tourist tax; I think that is high, given the location, the limited facilities and the state of maintenance.

Excellent CP! It's nice that as a single you pay €14 instead of €15. Power according to consumption. Wonderful shower, neat sanitary building, all facilities are neat. Despite the wet winter, there is no mud anywhere; apparently good drainage and all places are easy to drive on.

When I arrived the barrier was broken and open. No ticket came out of the column. The next morning a technician came for repairs and closed the barrier. Before leaving, I pressed the call button on the column and the employee opened the barrier for me. So a free night! Electricity is really too expensive: €4.30 for 4 hours of electricity. By the way, the pump across the street is quite cheap. Then again, yes. And the city itself is great.

What a great place for a transit. Also very suitable for large and high campers. The place is large enough for an awning if necessary. Covered area for discharging, taking in water, etc. that is high enough for all sizes. Market within walking distance on Tuesday morning. 1 shower with €coin, 1 toilet

Great place; I also stayed here for 1 night on the outward journey; back then it was still barren in winter. I remember a beautiful sunset. Borage (cucumber herb) is now blooming here with its blue-purple stars 🤩 The vine fields are turning green.

Excellent little CP. I planned to stay 1 night, but it ended up being 2. If you choose, you can easily make contact. Alex is a friendly host; we were allowed to taste his honey, received fresh strawberries and regularly asked if everything was to our liking. The neighbor's young dogs were sometimes a bit restless. The traffic is audible. Didn't bother me. Beautiful flowers and fruit trees on the property!

It was wonderful to stay at the Wevers again! I feel completely welcome there and can be myself. I see this, for example, in my dog Jira: she freely roams around, makes contact with the dogs she likes and can retreat to the camper. That's how I do it too ;-) A game of Flielantsch Knikker'n with other guests is highly recommended. Addictive fun! Home away from home. Until next time!

Can I only give 5 ⭐? Then just add 5 ❤️ 🤗 What a wonderful time I had at De Wevers! I was able to land after a tough journey, felt welcome and relaxed. Also a nice place for my dog Jira: freedom within safe boundaries. For those who want: drinking coffee together in the morning, eating, doing something, playing a game of Keezen, having drinks... So much fun! Parting is such sweet sorrow... I will definitely be back Tessa! And greetings to Tom 💋

How nice that you get a discount as a solo/solo driver!

How nice of you to offer this service! Great place, also nice to be able to walk the dogs next door. Maybe I'll come more often and then I'd like to eat with you.

Such a nice spot!

Wonderful place for lovers of forest, nature and tranquility. Yes, the highway is there, just don't pay attention, the wildlife doesn't do that either 😜 because the wildlife passage next door is well used. Just saw another deer. Lots of twitterers. Dogs welcome, which you can walk across the street. Basic facilities are fine. In short, I will definitely come back.

Sublime, all the trimmings, view over the field and shelter from trees on both sides, brand new sanitary unit. The info in the bus at the entrance, how cool! Good atmosphere, cozy field in the middle with picnic tables. Also for dogs a quiet place.

Excellent CP, basic with electricity, water, discharge, but spacious places on grass between pear trees. Thanks for the tip where I could walk the dogs!
Sitecode: 55988
Very nice place! Also nice for the dogs, quiet guests. Very nice that there is a no nonsense place to sit or play a game, eg when it rains. Everything is there, neat clean sanitary facilities, friendly managers.

Received exceptionally hospitable! The manager himself was an experienced motor home and gave me some very useful tips and told me about his travels. I was also allowed to borrow a booklet with walking routes. The place is well decorated. My dogs were allowed to run loose on the property and they loved that! I got lettuce and radishes from my own garden. The wifi could be better, it is being worked on. Highly recommended in terms of price, but also in terms of peace and atmosphere!
