The toilet, sink, and shower were promised, with the codes emailed to us. There were absolutely no amenities, just a separate toilet and wastewater disposal unit, and a trash can. Nothing else. Good for visiting Ypres, though. The price was VERY expensive: €29 for one night's sleep and a little electricity. Arrived at 7 PM and left before 11 AM. The license plate recognition wasn't working; we still had to call for the code.
