Good spot, a bit swampy due to days of rain; we had booked five nights (paying an extra €7 for the reservation), but after three days we felt we had had enough. The weather wasn't great either. Still, we had to pay €15 for that one unused night... a bit pricey, we think, especially in the off-season when there's still plenty of room. So, it's better to book an extra night than one too many in advance. Otherwise, it's a great spot, as everyone has said.

A good place to stay overnight. Nice and clean restroom facilities. We paid NOK 210 for row 1.

nice cozy and very friendly nature camping. spots near stream, where you can walk through between camper and toilet building v.v. Washing machine and dryer available and freezer to use, restaurant with terrace high above camping with cordate female service; free shuttle bus for station and beach, but that is also good to do by (borrowed) bike; WiFi not to expect much. Really recommended

A charming, cozy place between the hustle and bustle of the city. Nice managers who do their best to explain everything in English. Sanitary facilities are very clean.

beautiful terrace camping with something for everyone in terms of pitches (with/without discount cards), very friendly and helpful staff; narrow but nice beach, good own tavern and restaurant; very many spacious and very clean sanitary buildings. €25,- p.n. for 2 p. incl. everything (with discount) is neat. also home-made olive oil, in a nice tin, for sale... as a souvenir very nice.

friendly, hospitable, helpful, cozy are terms that fit this campsite (lovely ladies); we found it a pity that the surroundings are bleak (certainly in less nice weather); on our bike ride we were really attacked by many dogs in the neighboring village…! in the spacious showers something could be done about the slippery shower floor (after showering), more and/or new hooks for clothes, towels etc. at sinks and in showers.

Thank you George for your dedication and friendliness; we found it a friendly ‘do-it-yourself’ and ‘do-it-not-difficult’ campsite. Everything is there, space to choose from and everything spacious enough; beach, taverns, supermarket, cycle route at hand… what more could we want?! yes sun, well that was there and otherwise but be your own little sun… that helps too.

Very nice location on a (still) quiet bay and beach, however... we were here on 2-5-2025 with approx. 14 campers, neatly parked and not in front of terraces etc. and all quiet and civilized... at 7:15 PM the police, with a large number of people, come to tell us (one interpreted) that we had to leave because even here parking alone with a camper is prohibited by law!!! It is not indicated anywhere and also a camper on a private parking lot had to leave. PLEASE NOTE!

beautiful place with great views and good, well-maintained sanitary facilities; incl. electricity but WiFi was so-so... we found the price of € 38, - for a camper and 2 people in the spring, quite pleasantly priced.

it is indeed no longer a camping. it is an overnight place of pass stage between trees with only empty possibility and take in water. wifi does not work.

We give 4.5 stars because this recently opened CP really provides everything. Spacious secured places on solid ground, super clean and spacious toilet and shower, dryers, toaster, microwave, possibility to buy drinks and snacks from fridge or machine, indoor space to stay (warm) and a covered seating area. Very friendly owner, 5 min. bike ride from center and shops. Traffic and air conditioning noise just don't make 5 stars.

good place in private backyard; unlike previous review there appears to be no shower and/or toilet. And WiFi does not work. It is a safe parking space near the city for €20,- incl electricity

This is a nice place to stay. the plan was one night, it became three. A relaxed camper place with David and Peter as helpful hosts.

A very nice place, including electricity and code use of water and toilet. drainage of gray and black water. beautiful area for walking and cycling. to Osnabrück 25 min. Today it was very busy and there were also passenger cars in the camper parking lot. Shame.

Great, everything is great here! The layout of the campsite is beautiful and attractive, the view is sublime, everything spic and span, wonderful showers, the owner is very hospitable and speaks English, it is possible to eat, drink and relax.

Good place, provided there is space available... The toilets were very dirty, but that is of course a snapshot... The place, well, there are shops and supermarkets and cafes, but not much else to do. Fine for 1 overnight stay

Just a nice, good campsite… and people are still busy improving everything. Nice, helpful young people who make an effort to speak English. Various overnight accommodation options possible; very different and that also creates an atmosphere instead of just standing between and with campers.

we arrived at 12.05 am after almost 4 hours of driving. there was no one at the reception. the staff was present on site. We were sent away very arrogantly. We were able to come back at 3 p.m. no conversation possible. we drove on.

We were referred to this place in the town itself. The instructions for use are explained in four languages, but the barriers were open. so free electricity, water and drainage. supermarket around the corner.

A particularly beautiful place between the trees and a pleasant mess. very close to the historic center. definitely recommended. Only water, no other facilities.

three stars for peace and quiet and a beautiful location; no facilities. Unfortunately the tasting was disappointing... the husband/son did not count on it (mother had agreed and promised), so little time, only speaks French, makes little effort to make something fun out of it.

You shouldn't be here for the view or standing among vineyards, but it is a quiet place with electricity, use of toilet and shower (+€2.50) and a nice (French) tasting.

not the most pleasant place to be, gigantic and very few campers and a lot of highway traffic; if you also do sightseeing with the city pass, you will in principle be free and/or see beautiful things for free; Demarcated and close to the center is nice.

three stars for the view; reception was rushed, as was the tasting (indeed, it seems only more focused on selling wine). no further facilities.

'just' an excellent camper spot.

A very nice place with seats on a 'private' platform and a view of water and bridge work that does not bother you much. Therefore the 3 stars! Well, only 2 toilets. and 2 showers for 30 CP is very little and that also for € 1, - for only 3 minutes shower. Especially the ladies shower, according to a review earlier, was already broken in July and is still not fixed now!!! In addition, the WiFi is also the worst.

this is a lovely site, close to Tournai. Beautiful spacious pitches delimited by hedges. Dated sanitary facilities but clean, spacious and warm. The price is All inclusive and good WiFi. Didn't notice anything from a grumpy owner. Nice guy.
