We wanted to book a large pitch for our somewhat larger motorhome for Spring 2026. At the end of my last letter to Esterel Caravaning: "For the sake of correctness and purely as a formality, we would also like to inform you that, due to an inconsistent, chronologically illogical, and unprofessional booking process, we have since confirmed our stay with another campsite."
Sitecode: 61547
When we made a written inquiry regarding a larger motorhome, they automatically referred us to their automated booking platform. This means all the critical risks are once again borne by the customer (camper). They couldn't care less about the needs of customers with larger motorhomes. Consequently, we definitely didn't go there!

Perfect parking spot for visiting Heidelberg, even for larger MoMos – if it doesn't already have a Pösselfritze (a German word for "Pösselfritz") on it! Public transport tram (No. 26) within walking distance, which goes directly to Bismarkplatz (Old Town). Disadvantages: - The parking fee must be paid in cash. - After 12 noon, it's almost impossible to find a free spot (Fri-Sun). - The shower requires 50-cent coins for 2 minutes of water!
Sitecode: 158160
Probably the best parking spot around Murcia. Very friendly manager/owner, all facilities are top notch. Pricing is modular, everyone only pays for the service they use.
Sitecode: 40086
Great starting point for visiting Toledo. Bus stop right in front of the campsite entrance. Facilities are good but the price/performance ratio is far from right! Next time we would try one of the parking lots around Toledo.
Sitecode: 49703
Ideal place to store food, drinking water and diesel as well as empty the waste water tanks. However, there is no room for large RVs in the designated parking spaces.
Sitecode: 97647
What a quiet place. The ideal place for us to stay overnight on our journey from north to south. Highly recommended, even for larger RVs. We will definitely be back.
Sitecode: 99507
Perfect place even for larger RVs. Everything is there, quiet and inviting to linger. We were stationed for 3 wonderful days. We will come again. Thanks to the operators.
Sitecode: 29791
It's a real impertinence to describe this little backyard like that. We moved on straight away!!
Sitecode: 10703
Quiet parking space that has everything you need for a few days of relaxation. Practical supply station at the exit. Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. We will be back.
Sitecode: 1049
The parking space offer was probably well-intentioned but absolutely not practical. The whole thing was too sloping and at 8.50m it was a bit short for larger RVs. We moved on straight away!!
Sitecode: 23139
Very well-equipped campsite with many amenities. A big draw, as with the other campsites on this peninsula, is the existing topography. The pitches, laid out in terraces, are narrow and very narrow. The more view, the narrower the SP and with less view these are then more spacious, but also shady. Despite everything, we were stationed there for over 30 days.
Sitecode: 42567
Seen as a parking space for motorhomes, this place is simply an insider tip with amazing amenities. Supply and waste water as well as sufficient electricity are available at every place. The very clean sanitary rooms invite you to linger. At our next stop here we will plan to stay for several days.
Sitecode: 99882
Perfect overnight pitch with the same swimming conditions in the sea above the road. Warm family welcome and you immediately feel at home. In the back you can hardly hear the traffic anymore.
Sitecode: 30361
Large, busy, perfectly organized city SP that covers all the needs of a motorhome. It's a bit packed, but it's enough as a preferred starting point around Graz with public transport. transport to visit.
Sitecode: 54612
Perfect starting point to visit Prague. Then in the evening a visit to the CP restaurant rounds off the day with culinary delights.
Sitecode: 72366
Today is an overnight pier for cruise river ships with a running generator all night long!!
Sitecode: 51627
This place is really an insider tip, even if there is currently construction going on in the bay. However, the associated noise is not disturbing. Facilities very good.
Sitecode: 11296
Equipment was good but not in the price / performance ratio. The activity on the site is massive, the traffic noise is unmistakable. To our astonishment, from 3 p.m. all SPs are occupied, mostly by locals!!
Sitecode: 23957
Probably nice parking space with just such a bathing bay with rocks. In wet weather, however, note that the pitches will be turned into mud. We were able to turn well with our 11 meters, but were certainly too long for the pitches and think that a limit of 8m length is appropriate here. We wind immediately moved on.
Sitecode: 57853
Huge campsite with the finest infrastructure. It's a pity that there aren't any pitches on the beach for wealthy campers with large WoMos either, but only far up the hill, even at a time when the CP was occupied to a maximum of 10%.
Sitecode: 10370
Ideal location as a base to visit the museum and the city. We spent a really quiet night.
Sitecode: 65476
The most positive is the name and the receptionists at the front desk. It's a pity that the wealthy customers with large WoMos are only offered 2nd or 3rd choice places. Street in good earshot! We immediately moved on and found our place elsewhere.
Sitecode: 59979
A pitch at its finest. Ideal starting point for the famous canal trips, because it is right next to the ship and bus station.
Sitecode: 9125
Very friendly reception to start with the positive, as well as the spacious pitches. Container toilet is not ours now, neither is the well audible street. The gray water drain point is unsuitable for large WoMos and therefore had to do this work with a public provider.
Sitecode: 105229
This place not only offers a very pleasant service point as mentioned in the previous posts, but also a pleasant campsite right next door that should not be underestimated. In the village itself all shops including a gas station.
Sitecode: 55886
We wanted to stay here but found the CP to be quite alternative. Immediately drove on again. By the way, we had a lot of trouble with our 9 meter length, in the driveway with the very limited height and on the CP with the rather high heels from and to the street.
Sitecode: 56380
Price/performance far off! The parking spaces available with us were more like a slightly larger, green parking lot. In dry weather, we recommend using the large meadow, but there is no shaded area.
Sitecode: 100268
The sanitary facilities are really great! All of the pitches, including the caravan awning area, were spacious, soft, sandy and no longer green. The WoMo gray water tank drain point is unsuitable for larger models!
Sitecode: 98005
This idyllic campsite is an insider tip for peace and quiet! Very good infrastructure and helpful nice operator family. From the nearby A1 you only hear a faint noise and was therefore not disturbing.
Sitecode: 29159
Best place to stay to visit the rocks and the city. Lift-Bahn to the city directly in front of the parking space.
Sitecode: 61907
Note!! Arriving before 2 p.m. will be turned away! Then we found a great pitch on top of the rocks with a great view. We paid €7.50 for 24 hours. Free lift available from the parking space directly into the city. What more do you want.
Sitecode: 81869
Due to few visitors, generous space in the park-like CP with intact nature. Sanitary facilities are cleaned several times a day. Extremely quiet, idyllic place, which we happily inhabited for 7 days.
Sitecode: 59303
The summary first: It is a campsite where everything is just right. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, very spacious pitches with sun but also high shady trees. Fresh water and waste water on site. Very quiet place to relax, as well as the bar and restaurant. Bread service? Sure, of course. Large shopping center in Magné.
Sitecode: 6650
Perfect quiet place for longer stays and large campers, on the green areas. It is a mystery to me why CP planning built the waste water discharge point at the back of the expensive green spaces. Corresponding traffic load at the emptying times. 1 point for that. Deduction! Food in the restaurant highly recommended.
Sitecode: 26100
Everything is available and even has 15m long pitches for large mobile homes. Too bad it's hard to get there. The reason for this is the low-hanging tree branches that are not cut. If this were still just possible, there are actually small mobile homes there, even a small tent on it!! Here we undoubtedly miss a clear place order from the place operator!
Sitecode: 41205
Based on the previous reviews, I booked using the official booking form on their website. No reply received, even after waiting a long time. Then we didn't even go to this place anymore!! Campsite definitely doesn't seem to be in operation anymore. As a result, this campsite should be deleted from CamperContact!!
Sitecode: 104368
Everything has already been said by my predecessors, but I would like to add 2 things: The helpfulness of the operator couple is not to be surpassed. The wines offered in the small shop from the region are delicious. We felt cared for and comfortable and look forward to coming back.
Sitecode: 48135
You come here to linger, relax or just listen to the birdsong. Pleasant infrastructure, everything available. The only disadvantage, depending on the pitch position, the drinking water is a bit far away. Process water, but waste water on site. Very nice site operators on a family CP.
Sitecode: 40898
An oasis in the middle of a very beautiful town on the Costa Brava. Despite the central location, it is quiet and not far from a beautiful sandy beach. For us the ideal starting point to explore Barcelona by train. The pool area underlines the oasis. One reason why we then stayed much longer than planned.
Sitecode: 22540
Highly professional and friendly managed parking space. Everything available that a camper needs. A visit to the restaurant is always worthwhile. We only stayed one night but will be back to visit Valencia for longer. This pitch is the ideal starting point.
Sitecode: 74075
A parking space at its finest with extensive infrastructure, also to stay for a longer time. No shading!
Sitecode: 47994
Perfect infrastructure, large pitches, also for larger WoMo's with supply and waste water on SP. Extremely clean sanitary facilities, well-maintained campsite and friendly staff. So far our best place to stay in Spain and stayed for 4 weeks. If the reservation system thinks everything is occupied, simply write an e-mail for the reservation! There are enough free places!
Sitecode: 30073
Wonderful quiet CP with a crystal clear sea beach. An idyll in the middle of a huge vegetable garden. The staff is very friendly, helpful and always keeps the CP very clean. The CP has very few pitches for WoMos of 9m, unless there is already a "Pössel-Fritze" in there. The management should be required to do something for larger WoMo's and then to keep these places free for larger WoMo's!!
Sitecode: 20764
Outstanding infrastructure on the pitch with urban background noise and direct sunlight! Sufficient shade at the pool. Also suitable for large WoMo's.
Sitecode: 57941
Beautiful and very quiet facility, also suitable for larger campers. Worth mentioning is the friendly staff and the restaurant with its daily menu. We will definitely come back here.
Sitecode: 21053
It is correct that you can find space with a 10m WoMo, you even lie extremely snuggly. You shouldn't even think about extending the awning. If you like it much quieter with more spacious pitches, you are in much better hands at the Camping bungalow Sol D'Or, 600m away. We switched there after a day.
Sitecode: 41937
Very nice campsite and would love to come back. As a result of the permanent, unobtrusive access control, we also felt very safe on the CP.
Sitecode: 70674
Quiet, generously parceled out, beautiful CP with a bathing beach and very friendly staff. train within earshot.
Sitecode: 101503
Very quiet place to stay on the outskirts of the village. Everything is available what a camper's heart desires. If the price situation persists, it is worth bunkering as much diesel as possible in the village petrol station, also suitable for large campers.
Sitecode: 99867
Idyllically located, quiet natural campsite with a unique view of the lake. (Nostalgic tourist train only runs a few times in the afternoon but definitely not disturbing) The infrastructure is old but functional. Highly recommended for nature lovers. We'll definitely be back.
Sitecode: 102468
Perfect place for a quiet overnight stay with swimming right outside the front door. Thanks to the owner for this place.
Sitecode: 60534
In itself a nice place for a few WoMo's. But you have to be a real lover of street noise to still find it great!
Sitecode: 46181
Although we arrived at 11 a.m., there was no space for large campers. As a result, the size given is incorrect. We are therefore correcting the maximum length to 8.0 meters.
Sitecode: 27503
For us the best starting point to visit Bergen. Good infrastructure and everything available. Bus to Bergen stops in front of the campsite. The day tickets can be bought at the CP. Very friendly and helpful staff. In the end we were there longer than planned, namely 5 days.
Sitecode: 98844
Great infrastructure in a very quiet and central location in Alesund. Guaranteed enough space between the individual WoMo's. Significantly better than the always overcrowded SP Hjelsegarden and then good satellite reception!
Sitecode: 82957
Lovely campsite with clean infrastructure. Everything available, also suitable for a longer stay. We used this CP to relax for 3 days from the north-south trip. This place is only recommended.
Sitecode: 63426
Close to the center and relatively quiet until the next train. 3 flexible emergency spaces alongside the tracks for mobile homes over 8 meters or 11 meters like us.
Sitecode: 69465
Without any infrastructure, you are relatively quiet right on the water. A good alternative to the always overcrowded parking lots a little off the street in the countryside. Use only in dry weather, because otherwise the ground is quite muddy.
Sitecode: 42602
Beautiful absolutely quiet nature campsite with excellent views of the sound and mountains. 2 well-equipped showers incl. toilet with plenty of warm water and 4 additional toilets. Supply of wholesome drinking water as well as good waste water facility. Is recommended and offered us the living base in Lofoten for 6 days.
Sitecode: 60069
As a pitch and close to the "Whale Watching Station" with the view and the nightly peace, perfect! As a mobile home owner you are completely independent, right?! Thanks to the municipality for this good parking lot.
Sitecode: 19143
This is basically a bus parking lot, but also suitable for large mobile homes. Here we spent the night very quietly. 24 hours of parking time costs around NOK 600 and can easily be paid for using the EasyPark app.
Sitecode: 19689
We are really enthusiastic about the place, it offers everything and has a 24-hour service, including food.
Sitecode: 85982
The cozy CP in the middle of nature with its parking space niches offers enough privacy at all times. Very good starting point for adventure activities offered by local Ruka Safaris. Can only be recommended in summer.
Sitecode: 21717
Perfect, quiet facility with everything you need, including a drainage point for large campers. Unfortunately there is currently a construction site between CP + See with its negative effects.
Sitecode: 23019
Beautiful and spacious city campsite. Avoid the busy and very dusty road to the apartment buildings across the CP!! One point deducted for that.
Sitecode: 51101
Very quiet and spacious CP, also for large campers. Everything clean with friendly staff. Is highly recommended.
Sitecode: 48887
Spacious pitches, everything available and clean and very nice staff. Nearby main road partly audible, but not disturbing.
Sitecode: 19216
Central location thanks to the metro in the immediate vicinity, as well as within earshot. Large pitches also for larger WoMo's. Everything is available for a pleasant stay, but the price is at the upper limit (€ 37 for 2 people including electricity and ADAC discount per night)
Sitecode: 50652
Unexpectedly quiet for the central location. Always clean sanitary facilities and professional waste water disposal, also for larger campers. Fresh water connection and electricity available on every pitch. Nice and helpful staff. Value for money at the top end, but this is due to the proximity to Berlin.
Sitecode: 18321
Wonderful and quiet complex with a unique town. A visit is a must.
Sitecode: 3996
Perfect to visit the caves with local bus transfer. Ideal for an overnight stay without infrastructure requirements. Road and railway line within earshot!
Sitecode: 20585
Extremely friendly staff and you feel like you're part of the camper family. Very clean sanitary facilities. Ideal CP for a longer stay to explore the area on a large scale. (Scooter necessary) CP has some very large StP for large WoMo. Train line within earshot but quiet at night. Good and hygienic modern faeces and dirty water drainage point. Top! We were here for 23 days.
Sitecode: 49342
The pitch offers everything for one night. The restaurant is excellent with its homemade local delicacies. Simply an insider tip for connoisseurs. Always my pleasure.
Sitecode: 42937
Exemplary seat allocation and instruction. Extremely friendly staff and you immediately feel accepted into the camper family. Very clean sanitary facilities. Ideal CP for a longer stay. There are plenty of shady spots with a high population of trees. Long bike paths and an artificial sea beach made of gravel and sand. Train line within earshot. The modern faeces and dirty water drainage point is new, which largely eliminates odors! Top!
Sitecode: 6104
An ideal place to stay for one night. Lovely town is a must for visitors, as are the restaurants. So an insider tip for WoMo‘s.
Sitecode: 54867
Great shady and large parking spaces, also for larger and higher motorhomes. The sanitary facilities were extremely clean and modern. Very nice and helpful staff. The rear parking spaces, behind the access road, are quieter and larger. You have to be a dog lover to be comfortable with so many four-legged friends!
Sitecode: 13986
Typical Italian parking space architecture. The specified parking space dimensions are Italian dimensions according to the motto, with a little good will it still fits. You stand next to each other, well packed. You cannot get lost there, because such a large gap would be noticed. The sanitary facilities were clean when fully occupied and the CP as such was quiet. We had the only space for our 9-meter vehicle.
Sitecode: 14622
Everything is just right here. By the way, "Morelo-Homes-79" higher vehicles can use the rear entrance.
Sitecode: 54298
Very quiet and beautiful place with a wide view of the lake. The sanitary facilities were always clean. The bathing area was dirty on some days due to the building activity next door with an unfavorable wind direction. Construction activity was advertised on the website, so it was ok for us, but one point was deducted.
Sitecode: 10428
Good and surprisingly quiet place for a city parking space. No infrastructure, just enough rubbish bins available. Arrive early, otherwise already full!
Sitecode: 49050
An idyllic, manageable campsite with lots of charm and helpful operators. Everything is available and clean, there is even an open fireplace. A real insider tip for nature lovers! We would definitely like to come back.
Sitecode: 52130
Nice, manageable campsite right on the lake with always very clean toilets, from Monday to Friday. When the noisy weekend campers turn the campsite into a festival meadow, the quiet until late into the night and the cleanliness are over. The natural camping main road to sector "H" is heavily trafficked and creates an uncomfortable amount of dust. All in all, we spent a wonderful 3 weeks.
Sitecode: 18770
The lovingly maintained Camper Park is not only kept very clean, it is also extremely quiet. For us it is simply an insider tip to visit Gdansk or simply to enjoy a beach holiday. We always like to come back.
Sitecode: 8613
Very child-friendly CP and rich in dogs. Follow it loudly. On this very loud CP, we had no privacy and felt so uncomfortable that we fled to the massively quieter parking lot "Camper Park Stogi 114" opposite within 24 hours.
Sitecode: 20170
Very lovable staff who are always very helpful. Toilet facilities were remarkably clean at all times. We felt very comfortable and stayed longer than originally planned.
Sitecode: 51587
Operator does not answer e-mail inquiries. It can therefore be assumed that the CP is no longer in operation.
Sitecode: 45497
Nice city campsite in a green and quiet environment with a pool. Free seats. For larger RVs, the gray water drainage point is very narrow and often parked. We couldn't use it. Pity ! Therefore one point deduction.
Sitecode: 68289
Operator does not respond to e-mail inquiries. It can therefore be assumed that the CP is no longer in operation.
Sitecode: 92818
Operator does not respond to e-mail inquiries. It can therefore be assumed that the CP is no longer in operation.
Sitecode: 85916
Operator does not respond to e-mail inquiries. It can therefore be assumed that the CP is no longer in operation.
Sitecode: 60165
Very good infrastructure also for large mobile homes with inflow and waste water per campsite. The sanitary facilities were always thoroughly cleaned. Lovable camping operators who offer help where necessary. This CP is recommended.
Sitecode: 3888
Ideal for a service stop with good offers in the caravan park, clean toilet and shower facilities and good rental offers for excursions. Very centrally located for various shopping needs.
Sitecode: 60269
Very good infrastructure also for large mobile homes with inflow and waste water per parking space. The sanitary facilities were always thoroughly cleaned. Lovable camping operators who offer help where necessary. This CP is recommended.
Sitecode: 42568
Very good infrastructure also for large mobile homes up to 12 m. You must bring steel nails with you for this hard surface. The sanitary facilities were great and always thoroughly cleaned. Great sandy beach in the immediate vicinity. Ultimately, we were there longer than originally planned.
Sitecode: 88168
Very nice parking space with an absolutely quiet night. There are also places for large RVs with 11 meters (drive in at the back and out front) Unfortunately, these are mostly used by small mobiles, which is a pity. Thanks to the community for such a great system.
Sitecode: 63610
Also this time just great. Always my pleasure.
Sitecode: 49954
Very clean and well-maintained campsite. The ladies at the reception are friendly and very helpful. The sanitary facilities were always kept extremely clean. The faeces drainage point is not usable for large RVs, as well as for gray water. We would have left a big mess right next to the swimming pool. (Out of courtesy, we then decided not to use it.)
Sitecode: 7260
Excellent clean run facility with lovable, nice operator. This oasis is an ideal starting point to explore the area extensively.
Sitecode: 95464
Danger. WoMo should not be over 7.50 meters, more is not possible. We had to keep going.
Sitecode: 26152
Very friendly CP operator. The sanitary facilities are kept very clean. We'd love to come back.
Sitecode: 73299
Very good starting point to explore the Bernese Oberland. Sanitary facilities are getting old but kept clean. Friendly staff. Our parking space with fresh water supply and drainage was positive. We will definitely come back.
Sitecode: 42937
Exemplary seat allocation and instruction. Extremely friendly staff and you immediately feel accepted into the camper family. Very clean sanitary facilities. Ideal CP for a longer stay. Plenty of shady areas with a high population of trees. Long bike paths and an artificial sea beach made of gravel and sand. Train line within earshot.
Sitecode: 6254
Very idyllic parking space that can only be recommended. The specified WoMo length of 10m in the app was clearly too high. Corrected maximum WoMo length to 8m. We have confiscated 4 car spaces for the night!
Sitecode: 50232
Wonderful campsite with free choice of place and very clear lake water. Offers a lot of water sports and is quiet at night. Be sure to visit the nearby coal mine!
Sitecode: 29667
We don't understand how you get such a high rating. Anyway, our highlight was the romantic lake, the space for bigger RVs and the drinking water.
Sitecode: 70588
Best pitch we've ever had. Many thanks to the community.
Sitecode: 78420
Very nice campsite right on the lake. Road and train close to hearing (quiet at night) We had a very spacious parking space, which is rarely found. Sanitary facilities clean. Sometimes a fecal odor rises above the CP for a short time, depending on the skill of the cassette emptying. All in all, a nice place where we were for a week.
Sitecode: 64805
Very nice operator, beautiful campsite as well as the swimming areas. Sanitary facilities outdated and very tight for the number of visitors. They could also be kept cleaner! € 28.- for the large meadow is a steep price. We think an extra € 1 per shower is excessive.
Sitecode: 63739
Ideal campsite for those passing through to spend an overnight stay and enjoy a cool swim in the lake. Very professionally managed, including the check-in. Fresh water supply and disposal of service water really leaves a lot to be desired. Fresh water not found and disposal leaves a lot of space on the surface. Fortunately, we are self-sufficient!
Sitecode: 10005
This beautiful little CP is an oasis in the middle of the city. The perfect starting point for all activities that are in the immediate vicinity, as well as shopping and diesel. The sanitary facilities are a bit old but kept very clean. The operator family is very friendly + helpful. This CP is an insider tip. We felt completely safe + comfortable.
Sitecode: 77859
Very nice clear campsite. Occupied very compactly in the high season, while still maintaining privacy. (No fixed places / depending on the dimensions will be reallocated) Everything is kept thoroughly clean. We felt really comfortable here. Very nice CP operator.
Sitecode: 26173
Small, well-kept and personable campsite with employees who make every effort to ensure that everyone gets a suitable place. Sanitary facilities new and kept very clean at all times. CP used very packed in high season.
Sitecode: 539
Very nice parking space, very quiet with very clean sanitary facilities. Helpful and friendly operators. A drinking water connection would also be nice at the parking spaces in front of the barrier. For our WoMo size, parking spaces are tight, but have found a large area outside of the designated parking spaces. Great time spent.
Sitecode: 23518
This year we were on the parking lot in front of the barrier. Wonderfully quiet on the meadow behind the parking spaces, No. 9 - 17, which are also suitable for vehicles up to 10 including trailers. Courteous staff and always clean sanitary facilities. From here it is recommended to cycle to the beach.
Sitecode: 65727
The name does what it says on the tin. Free choice of seats, detailed instruction and very friendly staff. Here you are immediately in a holiday mood. Very quiet place with pure nature. Also the place for canoeists.
Sitecode: 86577
Super campsite with courteous friendly operator. Everything available and managed really clean. 30.50 on the day (trailer surcharge included / electricity + shower to be paid additionally), we find a bit high, but is probably due to the high season and the proximity to Berlin. Anyway, we always come back and usually stay a week.
Sitecode: 24542
Everything you need is abundant and in the immediate vicinity. Good starting point for exploring the entire Spreewald area. REWE can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. We were here for a whole week and enjoyed the prevailing calm. 1 point deduction, because of the unopened sanitary facilities as a result of Covid-19, was understandable. So we bathed extensively in the river, alone.
Sitecode: 12733
We always like to come back, sometimes for 2 nights. Here you are in good hands and have everything you need.
Sitecode: 85982
The camping operation is from 1.6. until 10/30 A visit in the rest of the time is worth it, without a camper.
Sitecode: 28060
Fantastically beautiful campsite, family run with very clean toilet and a beautiful private beach. Attention, motorhomes with a length of over 7 meters and a height of more than 2.50 m, should not because pure. The existing solid tank greywater disposal is simply a joke. We did not dare to throw away just a drop. (IVECO, 9.0m long, 3.60m high, 7.2t)
