Small supermarket a 4-minute walk away, bakery behind it. We were alone and had a quiet night with the sound of the flowing river behind the camper place.

You would go here just because of the spacious places. Furthermore, good hiking opportunities, tranquility and friendly owners. We paid 17 euros per night. If you want electricity, you pay according to consumption (0.50 per kWh).

Neat cp in the town. Very quiet at night. Sani station looks neat. In mid-January we were able to empty the toilet and rinse it with our gray water. But taking in fresh water was unfortunately not possible.

A great CP with very friendly owners. The plumbing was out of use in mid-January due to renovation, but that does not have to be a problem. The work was expected to be completed around January 17.

It is a great cp to visit the city. There are no facilities other than a toilet block and trash cans. You can take a nice walk in the park. During the August weekend we were here, it was pleasantly busy in the afternoon and early evening in the park with cheerful families having a barbecue together. In the evenings and at night it was quiet. Bus 46 takes you to the Altstad in 15 minutes.

Overnight stay on dusty mix-parking, at the cable car that was built in 1928 to allow residents of Rjukan (located between steep mountains) to enjoy the winter sun. Tip: buy a one-way ticket and climb and climb via the red route to the Solspeilet (large mirrors that transmit winter sunlight to the market square), descend (sometimes steep and slippery) and walk back to the camper. For those who do not need facilities and want to enjoy a beautiful view, this free motorhome is definitely recommended. The road is narrow, full of holes, sheep remain grazed along the side, but the ride down is worth it. When fishermen and snorkelers leave in the early evening, peace prevails. The current owners have done a lot of work over the past three years. The camper pitches are paved with gravel. Many power points. Sanitary is a bit dated. We were here on May 30/31 and paid £ 20 a night without electricity.
