This campsite was a big disappointment. The place we were assigned was very small with hardly any space to maneuver the camper on the spot. There is no separation between the spots. We paid €37 for one night including electricity and kurtax. Too expensive for the quality offered.

Friendly welcome and helpful owner when parking camper. The campsite is a former farm and is located in a beautiful landscape. A few minutes walk away is the cable car to the Kronberg and a small station to take the train to Appenzell, for example. There are many hiking opportunities. The sanitary facilities are apparently brand new and clean. Highly recommended.

Poor camping with many old, dirty and worn out caravans and rusty campers. And right next to the motorway. No reception, booking must be done in advance and online. If we had the choice we would have driven on. Cost 25 pounds for two people with a motorhome.

A wonderfully beautiful and quiet campsite situated by the sea. The terrain is very beautifully laid out, sanitary facilities are of top quality and spotlessly clean. A top location that we can recommend to everyone.

Very nice campsite, excellent sanitary facilities, good cycling and walking opportunities, spacious places, so nothing to complain about. Were here on September 4, 2024.

very spacious campsite with excellent sanitary facilities. It is a pity that the place where gray water can be dumped is virtually inaccessible to campers. It would also be nice if guests received some written information about walking and cycling opportunities, shops, pubs, etc. and how to get there. The apparently new owners/managers do not seem to care about the needs of their customers, but they are friendly.

a terrible campsite. no power, no sewage disposal, no welcome at reception, bad access road, but £36 a night. The toilets are a pair of corrugated iron cubicles with a poop box. This is called eco-friendly. We are very sorry that we had booked this from NL.

Beautiful location, beautiful surroundings, within cycling distance of the Maasduinen and the Maas. 10 minutes by bike to Overloon with war museum. Ferry across the Maas to Bergen (Limburg). An incomprehensibly quiet campsite with spacious pitches. Recommended for peace seekers.

A correction: the tea garden is no longer there.

Nice location, but sanitary level moderate and camping very expensive for the quality offered. The main road through Schin op Geul (N595) is a race track where hardly anyone sticks to 50 km/h and cyclists do not have a separate cycle path. Crossing for pedestrians must be without a zebra crossing.

According to the information on Campercontact, an overnight stay costs €32. But when I made a reservation today, a “Übernachtungszuschlag unter 3 Nächten” was quoted in the quote at a raison of €10. So I lost €44.50 for one night with two people in a camper and a dog. You have been warned.

A beautifully situated campsite between canals, ditches and beautiful cycling routes. On arrival you will receive, among other things, a list of what's allowed and prohibited, but it would be useful if there was also some information about waste, dirty water and drainage of the toilet.

Despite a few emails and phone calls, we were unable to get in touch with this campsite. Too bad because he looks attractive. But we are not going there.
