What a beautiful municipal campsite. Nice and clean sanitary facilities. It's a shame the managers can't handle (foreign?) people. Immediately cursing and swearing is a sign of incompetence. Not a good look for the municipality of Hagenau.

Looking for a good place to stay for the night due to #Pauperparadijs in Veenhuizen we ended up here. Although actually 'full' we were very kindly guided to a place. All facilities in tip-top order. The ww for the excellent wifi is 'talking fun', which says enough about the atmosphere of this campsite.

For 39 eur p.n. for 2 people this is firmly at the price. Small pitches (50m^2) . This does include shower/water/electricity. + free ticket for public transport! You can do your shopping in Radolfzell at a distance of 2.5 km by bike (or by free train). To be able to swim in the lake you must first 150m through 30 -50 cm of low water. Registration takes a lot of time. Therefore always busy at the counter. At 12.30 lunch break: also in front of the barrier.

We paid 32.90 per night. including electricity and taxes. This includes showering. Lots of broken and worn plumbing. There is no wifi. There are many neglected caravans of regular customers. No attention is paid to the landscaping. A little disapointing.

But we seem to be the only guests. Using the washing machine and dryer costs 15 euros. And then use your detergent yourself. We didn't have that, so we skipped the entire wash.
