Outside the local cemetary are some space for a few RV's, but no signs, no service, not even for garbage. And too far to walk to a rather booring towncenter.

On the side of Auchan supermarket, lots of shopping if you like, big parking with much space, clean place for filling or emptying water. Some trafficnoice and railway nearby, but great for a night or two.

The place seems totally abandoned, the reception is broken to pieces, there is still a watertap, and possibility to empty toilet and graywater. Nature is taking back the parking but you could still park around 10 RV's there. Two electric outlets but I never tried if they worked (probably not), and lots of ants. And the road is still a steep, narrow gravelroad. I give it 1 star(?)

The old town of Campofilone is worth a visit in the narrow alleys. The parking is okey but a bit difficult to find, but take the first street to the right after the cemetary (c. 200m), and then to the right again and you'll find it. Don't try to use the cemetary entrance, it's too steep, and if your RV have too long overhang you'll end up hanging there... I did! :( Sports park can be noisy!

This is just a dumpingplace for toilets and graywater, and filling up clean(?) water if you dare, its a rather filthy place but it also has a garbage container (overloaded with junk). On the opposite side of the sportsarena (c. 300m) is a bigger mixed parking that can be used overnight, but its rather noicy.

Okey place for one night, free in march, no services, some noice from nearby train and road, but okey. Good light at night, and the local policia drives by now and then...

Very nice quiet clean campsite, with long nice sandy beach. Electricity, WiFi and great clean hot showers included, quick washingmachine €4 incl. washingpowder. Great service! Good lowseason price. I will come back...

Spacious carpark right outside the policestation, felt safe. But a huge amount of barking dogs, screaming pigeons and a car alarm that went on and off all night long. Didn't sleep so good. Difficult to get to the place on very narrow one way alleys (and out from the town in the morning)...

A beautiful place with a stunning footpath up to the towncenter above. Free water & garbagebins, but no more. A bit noicy, and all neighbours seems to use the free watertap to fill their bottles. Schoolbuses stops there so lots of kids, and barking straydogs at night, otherwise a very nice place, although the road up from the sea is a bit scary... ;o)

Huge old marketplace just behind a Supermarket, still rather quiet, not much trafficnoise, some neighbours walking their dogs in mornings and evenings, sometimes horses riding by. No markets here in wintertime (they are 500m closer to the beach on saturdays). Police driving by now and then, feels secure! Pretty view of mount Etna. Many smaller shops nearby. And a gasstation with LPG/GPL 1km...

Very quiet place near the Alcatara rivermouth and a huge inviting sandy beach, just south of Giardini-Naxos. Also a great view over mount Etna when the weather is fine. Noice from a herd of nearby sheeps in the morning is just positive! A big supermarket about 1000m up the streat, also streetvendors selling fresh artichokes, red oranges, walnuts and other vegetables. Stayed there four nights...

Nice parking between a busy street (some noice) and a beautiful beach, a bar in the south end of the parking, more quiet in the north end. Some vegetable salesmen and their customers made some noice when we were there, otherwise a nice place, great for seafishing from the beach.
Sitecode: 63564
Nice quiet parking (gravel and grass) next to the beach, and a boatyard, in a tiny village (Ali Tempe), A supermercado is just across the street. We stayed one night.

I give it 2 stars, because there are free water and electricity, and a beautiful view over the sea and the landscape. No other services what so ever!!!! Part of the road at the entrance has fallen down so it's a bit narrow left turn, then turn left upwards to get to the good spot, the first level seems to be for buses. No hot showers, No garbage bins, Nowhere to empty chem or water. 0( I manage to connect to a wifi named "Hotspot Gerace" although it was very weak and slow, guess the transmitter is situated in the nearby mountaintop town. I slept well despite no functioning illumination, and a barking dog at the nearby junkyard. A sign say it was buildt by EU money between 2007-2013, guess they lost interest when the funding ended, sadly!!!

Quiet nice place, between a railway and the sea. Watertap and Garbage containers at the end of the road, feels safe. About 10 RV's there on feb. 25'th -18. Only negative is its difficult to find the way, if you come from the south, turn right in a middle of a right turn on SS106, then left until a park on your right, turn right follow a small river and under a railwaybridge and you're there! :0)

Very quiet place, except for a few barking dogs, lovely beach just across the road. Stayed there for 5 nights, had the whole area for ourselves. :) Unfortunately no service at all, not even a garbagecontainer.

Neglected is an understatement, but in a beautiful area near the river, cemetary and sportsarena, narrow steep streets to get there. No service at all, except for a watertap. Lots of barking dogs in the area. Gasstation and Conad supermarket in town, ca 1km away. Cold winds from the mountains (feb. -18), otherwise it's okey for one or two nights...

Nice cheap place, near to beach, port, Etna, shops, etc. Rather quiet at night, fresh bread, vegetables and vine is sold every morning around 9am. No fancy luxury, but clean hot showers €2 for about 6min, washingmachine €3, grumpy old owner, but he's okay! Good spot for filling/emtying all kinds of water/chemtoilets, etc. Wifi slow. Second time i'm visiting Eden Park, will probably be more...

Horrible place, steep, no not even nearly flat area to park on, completely mad traffic all around the place in towncenter. (Like parking in the center of a roundabout) We left after 30 minutes. Can not recomend this place!
Sitecode: 7861
Very beautiful small mountain village, with very steep (20%) narrow alleys, unfortunately too narrow for our Hymer, so had to reverse and turn around, so couldn't find the place. :( The village is absolutely worth a visit anyway! Stunning views!
Sitecode: 63157
Quiet parking, near the beach, there's a small bar at the entrance, but not much noice from it. Antique "Dolmen" 1km to the north, and "Tonnara di Avola" ruins 1.5km to the south. Many Supermarkets in Avola, and possibillity to fill LPG/GPL at the Eni station on the road to Noto.

Noice from busy street, kids on scooters, one Bar and a Burgerstand in the end of the area (Not open in january), although very nice sandy beach nearby, there's place for about ten RV's. Nice area, but no service at all.
Sitecode: 56499
Big rather sloping mixed parking, lighted at night, not far from the hospital (ospedale), some noice from road and scooters, not in the center of town. No facilities at all! Okey for one night but not more.
Sitecode: 7798
As said before, still very dirty, full of garbage and rubbish, didn't stay there! Although there is a functioning water tap at the place, but thats all...
Sitecode: 7976
Nice simple place, €13/night (jan -18) incl. electricity, water, and a lousy wifi. Hot showers for 50c./5min. The manager sell his own made oliveoil. There's a horse and a rabbit on the camping (fun for children). Little noice from the mainroad at night. Nice staff.
Sitecode: 28231
Great place for overnight stay, lots of space on three big mixed parkings around the fishingport. Some noice at night from boats and kids driving their scooters and cars. Fishmonglers woke us up in the morning, shouting "Pechke, Pechke, Gambas, Gambas €25, bla, bla, bla"... :D Nice old town, but many steps to climb. Lots of straycats in the port. Much to see... Good supermarket nearby...

Closed (15/1 2018), gate locked, area empty, telephone number is out of order. :(
Sitecode: 7968
Nicely situated at the port and towncenter. Unfortunately that persistant twat trying to get parking money from the tourists was still hanging there. We parked about 1km southeast at a small port/church instead, lighted all night, but lots of trafficnoice...
Sitecode: 61875
The address is completely wrong (goes to a private farm 1km inland after an extremely narrow road.) Found this place after the beachroad, but it was very closed (16.01.2018), just some rotten caravans hiding in the back areas... There are many other RV campings after this beachroad too, (not in this app), all closed in january.
Sitecode: 26982
Nice quiet place right on a stone beach. Good for one night, but as previous reviews says: Nothing to do here, just lots of tourist appartments to look at, even the Bar (in the west end of the place) was closed (january -18). And a dog was barking all night, but otherwise a nice place for a night or two...
Sitecode: 7766
11.01.2018 - Unable to find this spot, parking forbidden on all beaches in the area. Very bad and steep road to the area as well...
Sitecode: 7762
Seemed okay, i just stop for an hour, big mixed parking, most places situated under big pinetrees, quiet place in front of a museum, nice views around the area.
Sitecode: 7768
Nice friendly staff, speaks little english, a bit shabby, but a clean shower with warm water, electricity (4amp) at every place, you can empty chem toilet, but graywater seemed out of order. only €10/night in january 2018. Unfortunately no wifi.
Sitecode: 7787
A rather narrow mixed parking, probably near a school, lots of youngsters parking there noisy microcars here, and playing loud music during daytime, better than nothing, but not a place you want to visit twice....
Sitecode: 50811
January 8th 2018, 11.30am - The place is very closed down! No RV's to be seen on the premises, very narrow and steep concrete road up to the place, i really worried for the clutch and brakes. Otherwise nicely situated!
Sitecode: 7915
Dirtiest place I ever visited, okay it's not tourist season, but don't they clean the streets for six months or so? It's difficult to find the place and all streets are one way. And about 300 sheeps(!) was there trying to eat both mobile homes and the garbage on the ground. Just 50m to the beach is the only positive thing I can see...
