Gertie Elias is confusing two campsites; Torre del Mar campsite has indeed disappeared. See photo. Laguna Playa still exists and is open. Many winter visitors visit during the winter months. Beautiful spots. New roads were renovated two years ago. The restroom building was renovated last year.
