I agree with the previous reviews. It's not a bad place per se, but there are some things that could be improved. It depends on what you value. We had a peaceful night's sleep here and were able to do everything we wanted, but there are definitely better campsites!

What a fantastic place! Wonderfully peaceful, all amenities are available, and the owners are incredibly friendly. All of this for a very competitive price compared to the rest of Slovenia. Although they'll probably raise their prices next season, partly due to a lot of rude customers this year. Please respect these kinds of places; there aren't many left! And just behave as you would at home.

A good and free (!) place to stay overnight if you're passing through. It's very kind of the municipality to make this possible. The busy road isn't far, but we weren't bothered by it. You can fill up with fresh water (for a fee) and empty gray water, but there are no facilities (anymore) for black water from the toilet. We went to the "Altmainschleife Grafenrheinfeld" for that, a little further south.

A nice and convenient place to stay overnight if you want to visit Lego House or Legoland. The toilet block was well-maintained. We didn't use the other facilities (fresh water and grey and black water disposal), but they looked perfectly fine! We paid 100 DKK for two adults and one child.

Great place! We stayed here a week ago after getting off the ferry. We arrived in the dark, and there was only one other campervan. It was wonderfully peaceful! In the morning, there was a jar of aronia jam on our doorstep. So nice! You're right in the middle of a beautiful garden with fruit, vegetables, and flowers. We paid 10 euros via PayPal (cash in euros or DKK is also possible), which was very reasonable! Thanks, Birgitte & Jørgen!

A perfect spot surrounded by nature for an overnight stay. Very peaceful, and the nearby wild river is truly beautiful. There's a toilet and a large garbage container. Otherwise, you'll need to be self-sufficient.

A great place to spend the night. There are no facilities, so you'll need to be self-sufficient. From here, you can easily walk to the charming village of Lom. Several hikes also depart from here. We did the one to the summit of Tronoberget. It's a steep climb; good physical condition is essential!

Great place for an overnight stay. Beautiful surroundings, and several hiking trails start from there. The small restaurant was already closed, unfortunately (11 a.m. to 6 p.m.). There's a restroom around the corner. I have no idea if it's open at night. So you're pretty much self-sufficient!

Wonderful place! We planned to stay one night, but ended up staying three. Free use of kayaks, canoes, and boats on the icy blue water. Beautifully landscaped facilities (playground, several barbecue areas, clean restrooms, and kitchen). There's a sauna nearby that you can book online last minute. And don't forget a trip to the glacier. We're huge fans!

A lovely and beautiful spot for an overnight stay. Right on the river in the middle of the valley. The large grassy area allows you to pitch a bit further from the road and minimizes noise. Self-sufficiency is essential.

Beautiful view and restrooms are available. There are also nice (covered) picnic benches. Although you will get wet in heavy rain. Otherwise, you're on your own. There's a sign saying camping is prohibited, but the symbol is a tent. We suspect you're allowed to park a campervan there. We spent one night here and were there with other campervans. We were a bit bothered by noise from the adjacent road during the night.

A good place to empty your gray and black water. There's also a tap to fill your water tank, but beware, this isn't potable water. So if you want fresh drinking water for your tank, you'll have to go elsewhere.

I completely agree with the previous reviews. It's a lovely, peaceful spot. Swimming in the lake is wonderful, and we also took a boat out. The one without a motor is free; the one with a motor requires a fee. Be sure to arrange a departure with your neighbors, especially if you're the last in line.

We stayed here a week ago. It's a wonderful and peaceful place. They have pizza night on Fridays with homemade sourdough pizzas. You're pretty much self-sufficient! There's a toilet in one of the cottages, although the door is locked at night. We didn't know that. Everything else was great! The little shop with bread and other goodies is also very nice!

We stayed here a week ago and didn't see anything that was illegal. We were there with a few other (smaller) campers and had a peaceful night. From here, you can take a nice short walk to the waterfall. However, there are no facilities, except for a dry toilet. So you'll need to be self-sufficient!

A peaceful and beautiful spot. Plenty of space (assuming they leave some space when parking). Respect for other visitors is expected. Self-sufficiency is required. There are restrooms at the nearby beautiful estate (a 5-minute walk). On the estate, there are two shops with locally handcrafted items, and there's also a café where you can enjoy fika in the afternoon. We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful swim.

We didn't sleep here, but the place looked okay. Clean toilets, and especially handy for emptying your chemical toilet (for free!). That's why we stopped here for a bit.

A very nice and quiet spot for self-sufficient campers. We stayed there for one night. The nearby attractions and walking trails are a plus and a fun activity to do upon arrival or after breakfast.

Lovely place!! We actually only planned to stay 1 night, but it turned into two. Our son had a great time on this small farm with chickens and pigs. Femke and Wiegert are incredibly hospitable. There is a very free, relaxed atmosphere. And everything is made and done with great care and love. If we are ever in the area, we will definitely come back. A camper place after our own heart! Large paying parking behind the sports field, for large and small campers, day and night. 2km walk from the center. Tram stop nearby. Site is lit at night. No extra facilities, so you have to be self-sufficient. We stayed here a week ago and slept peacefully for 2 nights. 30 SEK per hour, every day from 8am-10pm. Max amount per day 240 SEK. You can stay there for a maximum of 48 hours, so 2 nights.

This was just a stopover, we didn't stay overnight. But if the planning had been different, we would have definitely stayed here for a night. A lovely green lawn, quiet place, several beautiful walks start there, there is a playground and you can barbecue there. There is only a toilet, for the rest you have to be self-sufficient.

Great campsite to visit Stege from here. The facilities themselves are indeed a bit outdated and could do with a makeover, but we didn't mind that. We cooked in the kitchen to save gas. It was quiet, we slept well and paid 200DKK for a camper place, regardless of the number of people.

If you like a nature campsite this is a very nice place, right by the sea. You can put yourself where you want. There is a very free atmosphere. We stayed here 3 nights longer than planned. Every morning fresh bread and cinnamon cookies. Sanitary and such are a bit outdated, but are completely fine and are cleaned every day. Top spot!!

Good camping, but not our thing. We were there 1 night to have the ferry the next day. Nice location though on the sea. Good restaurant and very neat sanitary facilities. For 2 adults and 1 child we paid 30.6 euros.

Nice camping. We were passing through and stayed two nights. Very quiet during the week, much busier during the weekend. Very nice small beach with free toys. Kayak rental and restaurant on the camping.

I don't understand the previous review. The CP is very ok. We were received by a correct, but friendly woman. We paid 30 euros for 1 night (2 adults = 18 €, 1 child = 7 €, camper = 5 €). Except for fresh water (1 €) everything is included (electricity, toilet and (washing) facilities). So you can use the very neat sanitary facilities, where wifi is also available. There is a restaurant on the site and public transport to Bremen is around the corner.

Great location for 1 or 2 nights. Or if you are in transit. Very quiet! 9 euros, cash in coins to pay at a machine. 1 euro for 100 liters of water. Within walking distance of the center of Hamelin.
