A great quiet place, free electric, water but black waste wasn’t so easy, possible but a lot of clean up and making sure to leave it clean for the next person!! So this is why it gets 4 stars. We were there for road cycling and the roads were quiet and great for this. So Romagnese is a superb base. The village itself is small but has a cafe and a small shop with fresh fruit and vegetables and a lovely owner as well.

A nice place, we thought it was safe! We were broken into in the middle of the night to find our bags outside the camper, they took money, sunglasses, credit cards, could have been a lot worse. Please be alert that thieves are everywhere!!!

The site was abandoned, padlocks on electric outlets, water was padlocked and also grey water drain with a bar and padlock over it. What a shame as it would have been a great place, we drove on.

Great quiet spot. The Ranger came over early evening to check in with us, to make sure we took everything home and ask how many nights we were staying. (Allowed 2 nights max) Heard some owls hooting in the night and lots of little coal tit birds that came down to feed off my hand. Super good spot and also had a few other campers there. Worth a visit!
