Lovely quiet, shady location. Owner super friendly and helpful. Outdoor shower is novel and very refreshing!

The parking and service area is actually located behind the Intermarche petrol station which is 50m along the road from the supermarket. Overnight is allowed - max stay 48hrs.

What a gem - fellow motorhomer's have created motorhome parking in their garden. Super location, we were made to feel like house guests rather than paying customers. If you're in the area don't miss this treat.

Voted the best campsite in Croatia and deservedly so! Full even in late September - arrive early or book ahead.
Sitecode: 24458
Scruffy area of wasteland loosely resembling a campsite. Facilities ok. Very noisy from both residents and nearby roads. Curfew not enforced - we were kept awake until 3am and 4am! Loud party during afternoon drove us away.

Small stellplatz on a working farm. Quiet location apart from the occasional train & aircraft. Price is now €8 +€2 for electricity.

Entrance to the campsite is 100m further on past the barriered entrance to the official car park. Official parking is €5 for 4hrs, parking at the campsite is €6 (without electricity) including overnight - no contest! Waterfalls are fabulous - well worth the visit.

Scruffy parking area on edge of town. Service point has fallen into disrepair and is unusable. Water tap is broken.
Sitecode: 7689
Service point dilapidated & unusable. No water available as pipework has been damaged. Parking area overgrown.
Sitecode: 15532
Nice little parking area. Shared with tourist coaches so finding a space can be difficult until the evening.
Sitecode: 7620
Parking area surrounded on all sides by roads. Convenient for visiting the city centre but possibly too noisy for overnight. Grey & black waste disposal and the fresh water tap was working in May 2016.

Great location right next to the river. Nearby Roman baths with natural hot springs are interesting. To access, turn left after crossing the river bridge (brown sign to therme). Keep left, passing under the bridge to reach the roadside parking.

Small parking area so best to arrive early or late during busy times (eg: weekends). Lovely 7km walk (each way) through the National Park. Entrance costs €5 but there are folk museums, caves and some beautiful beaches along the way.

Large carpark at the end of the road past the port. Very little here apart from a cafe/bar/restaurant. Quiet & well lit at night, ok for overnight stop.

Small, quiet parking area behind (disused?) sports hall in this pretty mountainside village which has a few shops, bars & cafes. The local tradition of hand crafted knives made in the numerous forges around the village is evident in the shops. Just below the parking area is a small excavation of Iron Age buildings and 300m further down a steep path is an interesting water mill museum.

A large grass parking area next a small "beach" at the head of a ria. Very popular with locals at weekends in summer but plenty of space for all. Fairly quiet at night but the motorway which runs across an overhead bridge a little distance away provides constant background noise during the day.

It's a long way to drive, there are no facilities but it doesn't get better than this. Stunning wild camping location, not to be missed - the highlight of our trip around NW Spain!

Dedicated MH parking at the side of a minor road. Short walk to a very popular/packed beach. Adjacent to fairly busy main road which could be noisy. Quirky service point with all facilities. Beware of overhanging branches.
Sitecode: 21562
GPS coordinates are incorrect by approximately 800m - they take you to the aquarium carpark which is unsuitable for MH's. The intended location now has a sign which appears to prohibit overnight parking in MH's.

Nice town with lots of shops, bars & restaurants. Parking area sloping but quiet after the clocks stop chiming at midnight! Fairly easy walk to/from Salto Do Coro (small waterfall) following Ruta de Aqua took us 3hrs. Walk starts at map behind the fountain close to cathedral. Follow track under archway, turn left & go uphill on narrow overgrown path. At mine works, turn left after crossing river.

Very small, quiet parking area on opposite side of the river from the small town which has many bars & restaurants. Aire was surprisingly popular in May with 5 MH's present! Free fresh water & waste dump.

Looks like a bit of council owned grassland. We didn't risk parking here!
Sitecode: 14202
Dedicated MH parking along the back edge of a carpark. Not suitable for big rigs >6.5m. Convenient for visiting the old town (15mins walk) which has many bars & restaurants. Car Parking is charged but we think MH parking is free!

This appears to be a relatively new aire (unlike the original photo) with 20+ large level parking areas. Quiet, clean and underused. Close to the Monasterio de Irache and the new urbanisation of Ayegui which has some shops & cafes. The Auto-Relais (fresh water & waste water disposal) takes tokens which are available from the adjacent swimming pool.

Quiet location within a short distance from a sleepy town. Clean facilities with free fresh & waste water disposal. GPS coordinates are slightly wrong (should be N42.54594 W2.91469) but aire is signed from the town.

Strange location behind a small industrial area. A bit noisy in the morning but quiet & peaceful at night. Well lit with free water & waste disposal. Can recommend the short 2km walk on an old track across fields to the small but pretty 17th Century village of Arizkun.
Sitecode: 24688
Large free carpark uphill & several km out of town. Situated next to a 19th Century Spanish fort (open June - September). Good views (not from parking) of the town, mountains & France in the distance. Lots of signed walks around the local area.

Three designated parking outside the campsite. Quiet location with pleasant walks. NOTE: Only available 17: 00-10: 00 but you can park outside if you, like us, arrive early. WiFi available for the exorbitant cost of € 4 / day !!

Very nice, quiet location next to a small marina. Easy walk to the center of Zwolle with its many cafés and restaurants. Visit the restored part of the old city walls - very interesting. Price 2015 € 9 / night with 2Q electricity for € 1.

Beautiful, quiet car park a short bike ride from the city.

Beautiful, quiet location next to a lake. Short bike ride to Haren. The botanical garden - Hortus Botanicus Haren on the outskirts of the city is worth a visit.
