It costs nothing and you get nothing in return. Except peace and quiet, beautiful walking routes, a cozy bistro, a great paved place to park, and an educational exhibition about radioactivity. Do make sure your toilet and trash can are empty, though, because you can't dispose of them there. For us, it was a lovely place to return to.

What a special place; something like this seems almost impossible in Belgium. Next to a large storage facility for relatively fast-decaying radioactive waste, a park has been created with an information center and plenty of play space for children. You can visit the information center every day. The site is dead silent in the evening and at night.
