Camping Tro Do Way

Why a review about a campsite you haven't stayed at? Here's why: We were looking for a campsite for our hikes (traveling with a campervan and car). We arrived by car, and it looked nice, so I wanted to book for the next night with our campervan. How long was it? I thought it was 6.5 meters, but wasn't sure (yes, stupid). She spent 20 minutes figuring out how long it was (too long) and then finding a good alternative campsite. SUPER!

A lovely, small campsite. Beautiful pitches with places where you can make your own fire. On weekends, you can sign up for dinner, which the owners prepare (reservations required). A three-course menu for €29 was delicious, highly recommended. When the campsite is full, the sanitary facilities are just about adequate, but clean. There's no Wi-Fi, only at reception. The new owners are enthusiastic, energetic, and helpful. It is located on a main road.

Stayed 5 nights at this nice little campsite (reservation required) with basic clean sanitary facilities. Costs 1 euro to shower (long enough), all to save water from our own source. Water was just tested and just drinkable. Situated in a beautiful valley with lots of greenery and a stream. Endless walks to do from the campsite. There is no camp shop or bread service: small shop in Bertogne. There is a terrace with ice creams and drinks.
