Camping de la Semois is in a beautiful location on the river Semois - fishing in the stream - beautiful walking routes - lighting a fire for your tent/van/camper; that is a holiday at Camping de la Semois - the camping pitches are marked by the many different trees - you are really surrounded by greenery and there is both sun and shade.

Een hele leuke camping. Super mooi aan een riviertje. Sanitair werd goed schoongehouden. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Wij zouden er zo nog eens naar toe gaan. 

A really nice campsite. Beautifully situated on a river. The sanitary facilities were kept spotlessly clean. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely go back.

We stonden hier regelmatig maar het is nu een camping op zijn retour. Vanwege het Chassepierre festival betaalden we de hoofdprijs van 50,-.per nacht. Prima om een dubbele prijs te rekenen maar dan verwacht je wel een warme goedwerkende douche waar ook water uit de kraan komt. Een wc bril die niet alle kanten opgaat en een lichtje in de nacht op het toilet. Zo ontzettend jammer van deze ooit prachtige en mooi gelegen camping.

We used to stay here regularly, but it's now a campsite in decline. Because of the Chassepierre festival, we paid the hefty price of €50 per night. It's perfectly fine to charge double, but you do expect a hot, well-functioning shower with running water. A toilet seat that doesn't open all the way, and a light in the toilet at night. Such a shame for this once beautiful and beautifully situated campsite.
